Excellent family stay in a well connected location.
Pros:

We loved everything about this property, it was laid out perfectly for us as a family of 5. Everything we needed and the place was spotlessly clean, staff were always on hand to help out and breakfast was incredible.
We couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Naxos. Close by to a great beach (you ideally need a car though) and in the main town in 10 minutes.

★★★★★ – Wundervoller Aufenthalt, trotz anfänglicher Bedenken
Pros:

Wir waren Anfang Oktober im Hotel und hatten im Vorfeld einige Bedenken, da wir in älteren Bewertungen von einem Einbruch gelesen hatten und den Eindruck gewonnen hatten, dass das Hotel damals nicht optimal auf Fragen zur Sicherheit reagiert hatte.

Wir haben unsere Sorgen bereits vor der Anreise mit dem Hotel geteilt und wurden sehr freundlich und verständnisvoll behandelt. Vor Ort wurde uns sogar eine schöne alternative Unterkunft im Haupthaus angeboten – eine tolle Geste! Wir haben uns letztlich aber entschieden, in unserer ursprünglich gebuchten Unterkunft zu bleiben. Und das war genau richtig: Wir haben uns die ganze Zeit über sicher und wohl gefühlt.

Man merkt auch, dass das Hotel reagiert hat – es wurden neue Sicherheitskameras installiert, was uns zusätzlich ein gutes Gefühl gegeben hat.

Das Frühstück und die Rezeption werden zwar mit einem anderen Hotel geteilt, aber das war für uns überhaupt kein Problem. Auch der kleine Fußweg dorthin war angenehm und hat den Aufenthalt in keiner Weise beeinträchtigt.

Ein herzliches Dankeschön geht an Anna, die uns während unseres Aufenthalts so liebevoll und aufmerksam betreut hat. Durch ihre herzliche Art haben wir uns rundum willkommen gefühlt.

Insgesamt hatten wir eine wundervolle Zeit und können das Hotel trotz unserer anfänglichen Zweifel wärmstens weiterempfehlen. 🌞

Pros:

The room was beautiful and clean. They upgraded us which was nice.

Cons:

The reception, spa, pool, breakfast at their sister property, which I would give 3 stars at the max. Breakfast was bad, the worst we had in the entire trip. Outdated, dirty, service was not great either. Not 5 stars standard at all.

Unpleasant experience
Pros:

Nice villa ("Villa Exclusive") with internal jacuzzi.

Cons:

We unfortunately had an unpleasant experience. On our very first night, thieves entered into our villa - far from the reception - and our in-room was forcibly broken into, valuables were stolen, including cash and two gold necklaces. Basic security measures were not sufficient (e.g. no surveillance cameras, no dedicated security staff around).
We had to spend the night and the morning after dealing with the police instead of resting.

Very disappointed
Cons:

The property did not match the description on Booking. The photos and information were very different from what we experienced. We expected a comfortable stay, but instead we were placed in an isolated villa with none of the amenities we were promised. The reception was not on-site, and we only learned this at the last minute, which made things very inconvenient. Communication was extremely poor. For the price we paid, the experience was very disappointing

A beautiful hotel, we really enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Our stay was wonderful – the room is beautifully designed, we really loved the style, the privacy of the place, and the atmosphere. The breakfast was varied and indulgent. We had an amazing stay.

Cons:

through the main hotel. Another thing I think is worth noting is that the pool belongs to the main hotel and that it is shallow only. Other than that, truly everything was perfect.

Arrival not nice
Pros:

Difficult to find, falls under Naxian Utopia but when we arrived and asked where Naxian Rhapsody was wr were sent away but a customer, with nobody at reception; only to drive around and arrive 45 minutes later at the same location.

Amazing villa in Naxos
Pros:

The villa is very well designed and extremely well decorated. The small pool is perfect for relaxing quietly after a day out. The welcome is very professional and the advice on restaurants and places to visit is very useful. Even without a car, you can walk to the nearby village.

Great hotel !!!
Pros:

Great location, few minutes drive from great beaches and from naxos town. The stuff was super helpful and welcoming, breakfast was all hand made from Greek cuisine and tasty. Room with small pool was great and stylish.
