The staff flexibility ..they weren’t supportive at all

Since I arrived, I called the management about the quality of the room, they asked me to pay extra to be moved to another better room, I paid, then I discovered, the room full of damp, poorly maintained and painted, I also complained that my partner is disabled person grade A, they didn't care, bathroom is so dirty, no soap, no internet at all, as shown in the attached evidences, when I arrived UK, I complained to Booking.com, they didn't handle the complaint in professional manner, refused to listen to me, refused to answer my call, even I was waiting for an a hour on waiting, then ended the call on many occasion, they didn't compensate me only less than 25% of the paid amount, then I asked Booking.com, why you keep hosting them on your website and create more problems to your customers, it seems they didn't like that, the ended the call immediately.
To advertise the correct photos and mention the real situation to avoid mislead other customers, unless they are backed, supported and encouraged to do that by Booking.co.
Improve the services, like internet, room services, bathroom and show good manner with customers.

They were misleading us with the fake pictures and then told us that was the room we booked which was not true. The room was too small with tiny window, no view and dirty towels. The electricity was cut on us for 2 hours and also the water, in addition to no refrigerator during very hot temperature. There were no wardrobe. When we complained, they changed the room to a wider one but still with little to no facilities. Worst hotel I have ever been and so not recommended.
