Olvos Koufonisia

Schöne Anlage, zentral gelegen. Matratzen durchgelegen. Waren im September da, das Personal war nett, aber man merkte das die keine Lust mehr hatten und end of season war. Vier Tage habe ich am Pool eine kleine Tüte mit Obstmüll beobachtet. Auch sonst war der Service am Pool sehr unaufmerksam, die Luft war raus. Die Rezeptionistin hielt es nicht mal nötig beim Eintreffen von Ihrem Stuhl aufzustehen. Das Frühstück war wie in einem schlechtem 3* Hotel. Allerdings war das Brot jeden Tag frisch und sehr lecker, das war es aber auch. Marmelade, Honig gut - Aufschnitt katastrophal. Eierauswahl wurde morgens zubereitet und war um zehn Uhr immer kalt.
Im gesamten hübsche Anlage, aber Service in der ganzen Anlage verbesserungsbedürftig.

The hotel was not the best one and service of some of the staff was not the best one.
We didn’t get the triple room with sofa bed so need to complain this with Expedia when I get back home

Without a doubt, I would definitely stay at this hotel again if my travels led me back to this island. My room was clean, very comfortable and spacious. I have happy memories of lounging by the hotel's pool. The hotel is walking distance to everything of touristic interest. The breakfast buffet is great and the staff is warm and welcoming. A special THANK YOU is due to Stefanos (pardon me if I spelled the name wrong) who was was very kind and accommodating to my travel needs when my phone broke during my vacation.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Olvos Hotel.

Odysseas greeted us at the port and provided great customer service with our luggage. The staff at breakfast were attentive and would take away the dishes once finished. The manager would come out and greet the guests etc.

Our only feedback would be the pool prices for coffees etc. 7 euros for a frappe is excessive as it’s not a 5 star hotel and considering some restaurants/cafes charge 3 -3.50 euros.

Also we don’t understand why they didnt replace the very old style hair dryers on the bathroom wall as it detracts from the aesthetics of the room and more importantly it takes foreverrrrrrr to dry your hair. Very frustrating.

Very nice hotel. Walking distance to every where. Room was big and nicely decorated.
