El mejor lugar para quedarse en Naxos!!!
Pros:

Absolutamente todo : pero sobretodo la anfitriona : muy muy amable ; flexible , muy dulce y acomedida . Volvería 10000 veces a este estudio y la ubicación perfecto ; salías y a pocos metros la playa

Sítio muito bonito longe da confusão mas perto da cidade
Pros:

A Maria, a dona da propriedade, era muito simpática. Fez-nos um upgrade para um quarto maior. O pequeno almoço é servido num restaurante à beira mar com opções como iogurte com granola e omelete com salada (ementa de pequeno almoço pouco variada mas boa). A localização é ótima, a 10min da cidade principal e a 30 metros da praia. Tem parque privado para o carro. A limpeza foi realizada todos os dias e emprestaram chapéu de sol para levar para a praia.

Cons:

Apesar do upgrade para um quarto maior, a reserva que tínhamos feito tinha cozinha e o upgrade não tinha.
Ementa do pequeno almoço pouco variada, pouca fruta.

Very helpful host and enjoyed the stay
Pros:

The room was a decent size and the host Maria was extremely helpful. My room had a narrow view of the ocean down the local road. Room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was included in my rate and served at ostria cafe On the beach and included one meal including juice and coffee.

Cons:

Coffee machine didn’t work but was promptly rectified by Maria.

the Location is amazing you can see the beach from the room. the room it self is is lovely and modern. the shower was amazing. the staff were so nice and helpful. the bed so very comfy. if you are staying in Naxos this is a great option. you can get here by Bus or taxi and there are loads of bar around.

Cons:

the only issue we had was that it rained will we were here but none can help that. this was possible out favorite island on our trip.

Great place to stay on Agia Anna.
Pros:

The location of Theofanis Studios is incredible - just several steps to the beach, restaurants, shops..
Quite a lot of space, comfortable, also terrace in front of the entrance very cosy.
Maria - the Host of the Studios - fantastic person -very friendly, nice, taking cara about us and property so efficient and even invisible for us ;-)
Very good internet - important for me because I was working here.
So, in total - Great place to stay on Agia Anna.

Unvergesslicher Aufenthalt ❤️

Wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Maria hat für uns den Transport vom Hafen zum Hotel organisiert. Alles hat super geklappt. Wir haben ein paar Tage unserer Flitterwochen bei ihr verbracht. Sie ist so ein herzlicher und liebevoller Mensch und hat uns mit einem wunderschönen Zimmer für unsere Flitterwochen überrascht. Wir waren überwältigt. Sie hat sich um alles gekümmert.
Es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt. Es hätte wirklich nicht schöner sein können.
Das Frühstück am Strand war so unglaublich lecker.

Un séjour vraiment agréable ! Maria s’est montrée d’une grande gentillesse et d’une disponibilité remarquable, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus chaleureuse. Le logement est idéalement situé, à 1 minute de la plage, pratique pour en profiter pleinement. La qualité des équipements ainsi que le confort étaient au rendez-vous. Une adresse que je recommande sans hésiter !
