Pros:

Gutes Apartment in einer schönen Anlage (ich hatte ein Upgrade bekommen.) Schöner Garten. Etwas außerhalb (dadurch recht ruhig), das Zentrum ist über einen gut beleuchteten Weg aber schnell zu erreichen.

Cons:

Die Küchenausstattung ist nicht üppig, für Frühstück und Kleinigkeiten aber ausreichend.

Pros:

-giardino stupendo
-privacy della camera
-gentilezza e disponibilità dell'host che ci ha aiutati dal primo momento con la ricerca del mezzo ed è sempre rimasto a disposizione per qualsiasi richiesta
-posizione ottima, si può godere della natura ed essere comunque a due passi dalla città

Un appartamento nel parco
Pros:

Avevo letto tante recensioni che parlavano del giardino, ma quando siamo arrivati ci siamo trovati in un vero e proprio parco!
Le foto non rendono dal vivo è davvero fantastico. Ottima posizione per raggiungere in meno di 15 minuti a piedi il centro e il porto, comodo l'ampio parcheggio davanti alla struttura.
Stanza molto ampia pulita tutti i giorni e Manos una persona eccezionale sempre disponbile per qualsiasi richiesta.

Vacanza indimenticabile. Stuttura comoda al centro e staff super gentile
Pros:

La struttura è immersa in un bellissimo giardino tenuto splendidamente.
La camera era semplice ma confortevole e non mancava niente
Lo staff è gentilissimo e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta e rispondere ad ogni domanda.

Pros:

The location is great, with view to town and the sea, short walk to town. Calm and quiet, excellent for relaxing. Beautiful garden!
The staff is excellent, the host ia very helpful for any question. Rooms were cleaned daily. We would recommend the property to couples.

Un'oasi di tranquillità poco distante dal centro città
Pros:

Il nostro appartamento, il n. 2 al piano terra, era essenziale ma funzionale.
Ingresso su soggiorno con angolo cottura (cucina elettrica, bollitore e tostapane), frigorifero e tavolo.
Camera da letto spaziosa con balcone (sul quale c'è un tavolino rotondo con 2 sedie e lo stendibiancheria).
Bagno con piatto doccia e tenda, unica cosa che si potrebbe migliorare.
All'esterno, lato ingresso, un bel tavolo sotto il porticato ci ha consentito di consumare la colazione affacciati sul verde del bel giardino, punto di forza della struttura.
Tutti i giorni viene effettuata la pulizia dell'appartamento e ogni 3 vengono cambiati gli asciugamani.
Il proprietario gentilissimo, ci ha accolto di sera, fuori dall'orario di check in indicato, fornendoci tutte le indicazioni per visitare al meglio Kos.
La struttura si trova a 10.minuti a piedi dal centro di Kos town ed è un'ottima soluzione per chi vuole godersi una vacanza in tranquillità con buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Fantastisch verblijf
Pros:

Schoon appartement met airco. Zowel aan de voor- en achterzijde een balkon. Daarnaast zoals op de foto’s te zien is er een sfeervolle tuin aanwezig. Personeel ook erg vriendelijk. Het complex ligt net iets buiten het centrum. Daardoor heb geen last van de drukte.

Struttura molto bella in un bel contesto; meraviglioso il giardino e le aree comuni fuori dalle camere. Host super gentile e disponibile. Pulizia delle camere e di tutto il complesso eccellente.

Cons:

L’arredamento della mia stanza era piuttosto datato: tutto funzionante e pulito, ma visivamente molto vecchio.
L’unico vero punto debole era il bagno, di dimensioni ridotte: un lavandino minuscolo con un rubinetto sproporzionato che rendeva difficile lavarsi comodamente, e una doccia molto piccola, senza box ma con la tenda, che personalmente detesto.
