Pros:

Such a wonderful place, great and safe location, beautiful views. Breakfast was delicious and the people there were very friendly.

Hice mi reserva por Booking, lamentablemente hubo un accidente en la carretera en donde tuve que esperar junto a mi niña de 10 años por más de diez horas y no pudimos pasar, así que tuvimos que regresarnos a nuestra ciudad.

Cuando me comuniqué al hotel para avisar de la emergencia, no me ofrecieron ninguna opción y aún así me realizaron el cobro. He sido cliente de este hotel por varios años y anteriormente tuve un problema porque el cobro del dolar lo hacen por encima del precio real. Creo el problema es que en las noches hay personas atendiendo que no cuentan con la preparación ni la autoridad para tomar decisiones.

Muy mala experiencia que nisiquiera me hayan brindado una opción de reembolso o ofrecerme cambiar la fecha, ya que el motivo era de fuerza mayor.

Very comfortable apartment
Pros:

The hotel is located quite far from the city center but in a safe area within a guarded residential complex. It takes about 20–30 minutes to get to the city center (traffic) and costs 100–150 lepiras (Uber). A large, nicely decorated room with a very comfortable bed. The room has a refrigerator, a coffee maker, and a microwave. A large wardrobe with an ironing board and an iron. Good wifi.
The staff were very friendly and courteous, and the woman at the front desk was absolutely lovely!

Great stay in Tegus
Pros:

The staff was so nice and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and different the 2 days we were there. The room was tight but we were a group of three and had lots of luggage. They offer to use the washing machine and dryer. (small amount charged for detergent). The highlight for our little one was the pool, which was mostly just for us since guests would be out during the day.
The location is a bit far from attractions, but most things in Tegucigalpa need to be reached by car anyway. Close by is a small shopping center with restaurants, around 10mins walk.
I would definitely recommend this place.

Cons:

Communication through the Booking platform was non-existent but we managed to call the place directly.
