Rude manager and urine odour
Pros:

I am very disappointed about my stay at this hotel. We noticed there was a strong Urine odour in the room and the hotel staff could smell at as well, so they moved us for the night so they could have the room deeply cleaned. The next day we went back at the end of the day to the room and could smell the odour again and found it in the bed. It seems that someone must have wet the bed and it was stinking up the room. The cleaners said they smelt the odour but the manager came in to the room and then argued with us that he couldn’t smell anything and that the cleaner said they didn’t smell anything. He was rude and was willing to change the mattress but was just so rude and arrogant. Why be rude and say no to us if your still going to help us, it was just so upsetting. It’s a shame this happened because the property is beautiful and pool is very nice but it was just very upsetting.

Pros:

The address and the location of the hotel in the Expedia system are incorrect. We were looking for the hotel for 1 hour in the extreme heat but still couldn’t find it. The phone was not picked up by any staff of the hotel. After getting in touch with Expedia, Expedia staff provided the wrong information of the hotel again. Finally, we found the correct hotel information on another booking website.
