Very nice apartment, clean and spacious, looks better than pictures. If you take sea view, you will be in a third floor, no elevator, but the view will be amasing. Very friendly hosts. I would come back again.

Great location and excellent appartment for family summer holiday in Tivat, walking distance to Porto Montenegro.

The apartment was exactly as we expected. From the top floor there are amazing views of the mountains and the sea. The beach is right next door and there are restaurants where guests can have dinner. The super friendly and helpful staff made our holiday perfect by making sure we had everything we needed. Our family had a wonderful week in Montenegro. We can highly recommend this accommodation.

Cannot recommend this enough. Hosts have put a lot of thought into what you may need. The accommodation was clean and comfortable with all the equipment you need for an enjoyable stay. The hosts were so friendly and always available to help with advice and information. Have stayed in lots of self catering all over and definitely one of the best. Just home from a lovely break at the Hotel Rosic Apartments. The apartment was very well equipt, very clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was breathtaking with the bay infront of us and mountains to the sides. The apartment was perfectly situated with a small supermarket next door and a couple of nice restaurants 2 minutes walk away. Also over the road from a burger cafe selling lovely food to eat in or take out. 10 minutes walk away from the marina with lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Perfect holiday destination and the views around the bay are stunning. Thank you Jovan for your great welcome to your lovely apartment. We hope to see you again.

Evin konumu çok güzel, ev sahipleri çok tatlı her şey için çok yardımcı oldular. Oda da çamaşır makinesi yok ama ev sahipleri yardımcı oldu :) Mutfak kullanışlı, klima ve televizyon da var. Biz çok sevdik :)

The owner was wonderful! This is our second time staying here. When our daughter got fever, they gave us medicine immediately.

Location is prefect, just one minute walk to the beach, and 10 minutes walk to city center. Apartment is spacious, clean and has a beautiful sea view from balcony.
Hosts are friendly and wonderful people. We have truly enjoyed our holiday and will come back again next time when we are in Montenegro.

Perfect location, friendly hosts and excelent value for money. Netflix and espresso machine were a huge bonus.
