Nice location, friendly staff but the lack of a 2nd shower disappointing for price paid

Un lugar al cual volver
Pros:

Todo nos gustó. Es un alojamiento de calidad. Limpio y en muy buen estado. El personal nos ayudó mucho con todos los pedidos que le hicimos y siempre nos hicieron muy buenas recomendaciones. Volvería sin dudarlo. La caminata al centro es rápida y agradable.

The pool area was nice. The gentleman running the villas was very personable and helpful.

Cons:

Mainly everything was lovely. The breakfast wasn’t great, unripe fruit and dry cake. There is a fabulous bakery not far away, or you can walk to the town where there is plenty of food on offer. The walk to the beach/town was down roads without paths and could be quite dangerous. I wouldn’t want to take small children on that walk.

This accommodation was amazing, couldn't fault it at all! Had everything we needed and more. Very spacious inside and out, the pool area and new pool side bar were a brilliant added bonus. Breakfast was fabulous, served to your room everyday so no rushing out.
The beautiful and vibrant AgiAnna beach was a 10 minute walk away, the bustling port town centre was a 20 minute drive away with regular buses. And a fabulous bakery and mini mart just a 2 minute walk from the property.
And a huge thank you to the wonderful staff, the resort manager Paul (Pol) couldn't do enough for us, he was always very helpful and done everything we asked for as quickly as he could. A very dedicated and efficient manager. We had an amazing week here because of him, his staff and the great accommodation and location.

Pros:

Lovely modern apartment and super accommodating host! Beautiful pool and lovely breakfast.

A bakery is a 2 min walk away and then a short 10 min walk to the amazing beaches and tavernas just no path can make it quite difficult if walking

Pros:

Our host Pol was amazing. He truly made us feel welcome and helped us with Taxi's, Restaurant Recommendations, daily breakfast orders. Nothing was ever too much for him and he makes the the experience. So hospitable and helpful. The overall property nice. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed. The views were also nice. Location was convenient and a short walk to Agia Anna. There is a nice bakery just 2 minutes away. Close to the Airport (Its small and quiet so not a problem) 15 minutes drive into the vibrant port town Chora. Buses also available from Agia Anna

Cons:

We found the beds and pillows too firm. This is one area I think they could improve.

Large and clean apartment with all amenities. . Wonderful pool. Location close to superb beach areas and great tavernas.

Cons:

Breakfast needs more variation and should include more local products - for example Nixian cheese and traditional pastries. Hot water was not always available in the room, despite the host being very involved in solving the problem.

Misxa part le principe du petit dejeuner quivest à repenser, tout était très bien. Personnel sympathique et attentionné. Il sxagit d un démarrage. Les chambres sont spacieuses, tout est neuf, et beaucoup d attention dans le confort .

Wonderful stay on the island of Naxos
Pros:

We stayed at Niléa Island Living for a good week in mid-June. It was fantastic. The apartment was lovely and spotlessly clean. The furnishings were practical and included everything needed for a carefree stay. Pol and his team were always available to help with any questions or requests and assisted us in every situation. The entire team was incredibly attentive and friendly, making our stay an unforgettable experience.
