Beautiful and relaxing with amazing staff
Pros:

A beautiful, calm hotel a short walk from the busy part of Naxos. The staff are so amazing - pool bar, reception, breakfast, cleaning, everyone was so helpful, welcoming and chatty. Breakfast was really good with lots of variety and a beautiful setting by the pool. The room was comfortable, clean and good air con.

Amazing hotel. Would love to return.
Pros:

Everything was so lovely. The staff were all so friendly especially Viktor at the pool bar. He was the nicest guy looking after us.
Breakfast was delicious.

Great second stay at this lovely hotel, would have been a 10 without the pool issues.
Pros:

Great location, comfortable rooms, helpful staff and great breakfast buffet.

Cons:

The pool opening hours were too restrictive in the morning and once there, non stop summer party music covers on a repeating loop ( with the same songs coming round every 10-15 minutes) made us want to leave. We did ask for it to be changed several times but volume was only reduced to then creep back up again! At times the water was a bit hazy.

Pros:

The staff were super friendly (especially viktor at the pool - he was a legend , really attentive couldn’t do enough, the man!). Best breakfast in Greece or anywhere i’ve gotten!!!

Amazing stay with amazing staff!
Pros:

The staff was super nice and helpful. Everyone was super friendly and made us feel welcome. The pool area was nice and its very close to a bus stop that takes you to alot of beaches. Also very close to a supermarket. Nice spacious rooms with high standards. Pretty comfortable beds. The breakfast was also very good with a big variety of options!

Cons:

The nearby beach had pretty shallow waters so we had to take the bus to other ones, but it was pretty easy to manage.

Overall fine but the property needs money spent on it
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent - a wide choice and good quality
The bedroom and bathroom were spacious
Nicely landscaped grounds - whole complex quiet and uncrowded
Very convenient location - 10 mins walk to beach and range of shops and restaurants. A further 10 mins to the centre
Huge supermarket opposite. Bus stop to beaches close by.

Cons:

On arrival we found the pool water to be a murky, green colour - it remained like this for 3 days out of our 7 day holiday.
As the pool was the main reason for booking this property, this was disappointing. Apparently this was caused by dust blown in by the wind (?) and perfectly safe to swim in, but who wants to swim in a pool where you can't see the bottom?
No bath robes placed in our room on arrival and for three days the coffee sachets were never replaced or the cups cleaned - we kept having to go to reception to request replacement sachets as the room phone didn't work.
The bathroom is very outdated - which 4 star hotel still uses shower curtains and hand held shower attachments?
Patches of damp on the bedroom walls.

Great location but shame about poolside music
Pros:

It’s within walking distance of town about 10 to 15 minutes. Nice comfortable room with pool view

Cons:

Opposite the supermarket which is handy but noise first thing in the morning with reversing trucks.
Loud music played poolside all day often American rap. Not to my taste. Spoilt the atmosphere. We often closed our balcony door because of it.

Nice staff and breakfast . Tennis court is poor and pool only opened at 11am .

The staff , particularly Alex and Kostas were extremely friendly and helpful . Breakfast was good quality .

Cons:

The quality of the tennis court was poor and not like the picture on booking.com.
The street view from the room was poor .
The swimming pool only opened at 11am !

Very nice to have stayed here. Be prepared to walk a fair amount of distance to town.
Pros:

It was clean, very attractive and updated. Very helpful staff. Although the immediate area around the hotel is not terribly attractive, it was very safe, and just a 5 minute walk to a bit nicer area

Cons:

We seemed to have a lot of mosquitoes somehow get into the room, despite not having windows or doors open. Occasionally a bad smell hovered on the property. It was just enough on the outskirts of town to be away from it all, but maybe just a bit too far out. They had what we thought was a hot tub next to the pool, but it was VERY cold. We came in early October when the weather was cooler and more wet, so maybe it was a cold plunge pool for the hot summer, but there was no where to warm up for us.

Pros:

The pool was nice and breakfast was lovely.

Cons:

We were charged an additional tax on arrival despite the booking being confirmed with all taxes included. The balcony view was a vacant dirt lot filled with trucks (incl sewage). The location was not convenient.
