Σε ωραία τοποθεσία με ωραία θέα!!Πολύ καθαρό και άνετο. Ευγενικοι κ εξυπηρετικοί οι ιδιοκτήτες.Το κατάλυμα είναι pet friendly ,όταν μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο είχαν φροντίσει να υπάρχουν σκεύη για την τροφή κ το νερό του σκύλου,όπως κ λιχουδιές .Το χειροποιητικο πρωινό με τοπικά προϊόντα ήταν εξαιρετικό!!

Katherina cocina como las diosas, el desayuno fue lo más especial. Te integra totalmente en Grecia y es todo producto local y casero. El apartamento muy cuco y cocina con todo lo necesario. El balcón también es todo un plus. Además, el último día nos dejaron hacer el check-out más tarde por el mal tiempo. Un lugar encantador. 100% recomendado!!

Είναι μόλις 10 λεπτα από τη χώρα της Νάξου με το αυτοκίνητο. Υπάρχει parking.Υπαρχει welcome drink και ένα μικρό κέρασμα που ήταν πολύ νοστιμα.Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο. Τα κορίτσια στη ρεσεψιόν εξαιρετικά. Το πρωινό πεντανόστιμο με φρέσκα υλικά κάθε πρωί.Υπάρχουν σίτες στα παράθυρα και ψυγείο στο δωμάτιο.
Λάβαμε και ένα μικρό δωράκι όταν κάναμε check out.
Το πρωινό είναι à la carte κάτι που αναφερόταν αλλά δεν το προσέξαμε όταν το κλείσαμε. Είναι λίγο άβολα γιατί πρέπει να φας στο κρεβάτι. Υπάρχει τραπεζάκι με καρέκλες στο μπαλκόνι αλλά με τη ζέστη και τον ήλιο δε βολεύει να φας εκεί. Λείπει ομπρέλα.Αλλά οκ ήταν μια εμπειρία το πρωινό στο κρεβάτι. Φτιάχνεις μόνος σου τον καφέ σου και υπάρχει σφουγγάρι και υγρό πιάτων για να πλύνεις τα ποτήρια και τα πιατα στο νεροχύτη του μπάνιου.Επιλέξαμε το standard δίκλινο που σίγουρα χρειάζεται μια μικρή ανακαίνιση στο μπάνιο. Δεν υπάρχει ξεχωριστή ντουζιέρα οπότε όταν κάνεις ντους γίνεται χαμός μέσα στο μικρό μπάνιο. Το στρώμα είναι πιο μικρό από το σύνηθες 1.60 αντί 1.80. Θέλει αλλαγή σίγουρα. Κάθε πρωί ξυπνούσαμε με πονεμένη μέση.
Νομίζω ότι στα πάνω διαμερίσματα είναι πολύ καλύτερα από το δίκλινο που μέναμε.
Είναι ένα κατάλυμα που αξίζει να πας.Χρειάζονται απλά κάποιες μικρές αλλαγές για να κάνουν την εμπειρία πραγματικά απολαυστική και άνετη και για να υπάρχει πραγματική αντιστοίχιση ποιότητα/τιμής .
We had wonderful days in Birbas Hotel. Our apartment offered everything we needed, including a well equipped kitchen, it was very clean, calm and relaxed. We felt very welcomed and cared for by everyone in the hotel - and the breakfast was amazing: Everyday there were new delicious and homemade things to try - all of it was very delicious and it was more than enough to start the day. To the beach and tavernas, it was not even 15 minutes to walk down the road. Be aware that sunbeds at the beach will only be available for money (mostly starting at 30€ per set per day, few starting from 20€ - beginning of September). To Naxos Old Town, it's 10 minutes by car (there are also public busses), to the airport it's 5 minutes by car (only flights during daylight, so quiet nights). I can definitely recommend Birbas Hotel and surely will come back for our next visit in Naxos!
Sa localisation, l’accueil, le petit déjeuner et le confort
The hotel is well located and close to some of Naxo’s best beaches. The breakfast offered is quite unique with traditional foods and local products making it a great way to start the day and get to know Greek cuisine. The staff is lovely and very helpful and give great recommendations of places and restaurants to visit. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα! Σπιτικό πρωινό, κάθε μέρα διαφορετικό. Πολύ καλοί ιδιοκτήτες, μες στο χαμόγελο κ την ευγένεια! Καθαρό ήσυχο!
Traditional and very clean
Everything was perfect
This was hands down the best value property we stayed at during our two months in Greece. If I had not found it for the last two weeks of our holiday then we would have gone home a fortnight earlier.
We loved the breakfast that was delivered to our very spacious room every day, the sheltered balcony, and the generous Greek hospitality - we were able to sort out a late checkout/ extra night’s accommodation when the Greek ferry strike meant we didn’t know when we were leaving.
It is a pleasant ten minute walk from the main resort and there is a basic supermarket 2 minutes walk away.
I took a shine to the 2 goats who lived in the field outside our room.
Leaving. Simple as that.
The breakfast was great with fresh products from the owners garden. The location was nice and close to the city
