Cons:

I'm on a yacht and I came here for 2 nights for quite stay with my fiancee.
To say the neast, the last night wasn't quite. The guests near by were very noisy. I had to call reception 3 times to make them quite. First call was at 00:00, the last call was at 01:20.

Hotel initially didn't propose any compensation, after request all they proposed is a complementary massage, which me and my fiancee can't use because from the morning to the night we are on the yacht. After saying that this is not suitable we were told that there is nothing else that can be done.

Overall Im disapointed in the staff attitude, I have had much better experience in other hotels of similar price

Персонал на ресепшен: 11/10 - Мария просто чудо! Спасибо за помощь с авто и эмпатию. Клиентоориентированность на высоте!
Завтраки 5/10 (на второй день откровенно были недовольны, что мы пришли в 10:30, хотя завтраки до 11:00, и об этом нам сказали в первый день, когда мы пришли в это же время. Принесли не то, что заказали, кофе отвратительный сделали (днём ранее этот же латте был совсем другой, вкусный), сначала сказали, что вообще-то мы пришли поздно и можно позавтракать только тем, что на шведском столе. После нас пришла пара и им предложили меню без лишних слов. Что за двойные стандарты? Подпортил сильно общее впечатление завтрак второго дня.

Конкретные 2 дамы из персонала на завтраках, еда вкусная в целом, но принесли не то, в первый день забыли принести десерт.

Отличный новый отель с концепцией здорового образа жизни, это очень круто! В номере был спорт инвентарь и шведская стенка. Отличное месторасположение, новый район. Отличный персонал, буфет и фитнес зона. Все на высшем уровне! 10/10 вернусь!
