One year old hotel doing well
Pros:

This hotel is difficult to review. It has only been opened about one year ago, and many of the features that are advertised are still in development. That being said, the staff is great, and they're all doing their best, though there's a huge training gap between the older and the newer ones. Obviously, they need to hire new staff, and it takes a while for them to get the teething issues right.
The restaurant is rather modular, and sometimes the one or the other thing is not available, but on the larger scale it is a great place for dinner or for breakfast. Everybody appears to be a good barista. The coffees are great, and the atmosphere is pleasurable.
The apartment I had was in a separate building and it was well-equipped, but like many developments, it suffered from minor issues like light switches falling off the walls, but it was quiet and well-inspected. The location of the hotel is great both for access to the marina or for walks into the mountains or discovering nearby places. There is a lot more to say, mostly in regards to the amazing recovery facilities. In regards to the staff that are always trying their best to assist with the hiking trail, a taxi, or a restaurant recommendation, you also have to admit that things go wrong. Here and there, there are computer glitches where it requires several people to book a single spa appointment.
But I would go back in a heartbeat, and I'm sure within the next couple of months they will all learn a lot of things and iron out a lot of these testing issues.
I booked an apartment suite with a sea view and the balcony that came with it, and the actual sea view was very nice.

Cons:

The floor where my apartment was located, for some reason, had a different smell each day. Most of the time it smelled like cigarette smoke, though there wasn't anybody else. It appears to be a ventilation issue, but it's not a biggie.

Hotel moderno com alma jovem.
Pros:

O quarto é super moderno, a limpeza excelente (nossas roupas foram dobradas durante a estadia). O hotel é moderno, oferece garrafas para reposição da água. Funcionários prestativos durante o check in.

Cons:

O café da manhã é bom porém o serviço demorado. Durante os 4 dias que estive no hotel a água e o suco estavam vazios sempre que cheguei no café. O serviço ala carte demora, o que acaba estressando um pouco. A piscina se assemelha à piscina de uma moradia. Não vi serviço ou funcionários nesse local.

modern luxury and wellness.
Pros:

The SIRO was absolutely wonderful. This is a true wellness resort with so many amazing amenities for a healthy stay, including an in-room mini gym and incredibly comfortable beds with a pillow preference selection. The location is excellent right in Boka Square, which is full of shopping and dining. Plus, a golf cart shuttle can whip you over to the nearby marina, giving you easy access to tons of restaurants and a fabulous beach club. Breakfast is a grand spread with made-to-order dishes because, honestly, who doesn't love a morning feast? The dinner selection and cocktails were also completely delectable. This is definitely the spot to be for modern luxury and wellness.

Cons:

Shuttle was not always readily available...30 min wait.

Perfect hotel to visit the Bay of Kotor + close to the airport
Pros:

- A very beautiful modern room, good bed, soft linen, mini-fridge, large bathroom with good rain shower and big towels, perfect airconditioning, adaptable lightning,...
- We heard no noise from the other rooms or the hallway.
- In-room fitness equipments
- Splendid breakfast with to order : fresh orange juice, specialty coffee, eggs and pancakes + perfect full breakfast buffet : a lot of fresh fruits, yogurts, musli, breads, sweets, cheeses, proscuito,...and many more (sometimes the waiting time for coffee is too long. Even with few guests !)
- good restaurant for diner
- nice specialty coffee shop near the reception
- super friendly and helpfull staff
- The hotel is located close to the new marina with chic shops.

Cons:

The only thing I missed was a proper pool bar and more space to sit in the shade at the pool area. If you wanted a drink and staff was present, they would get you a drink from the bar downstairs.

Couples week away - Absolutley Fantastic!!!
Pros:

The hotel had everything, from the minute we arrived to our departure. We were very well looked after, it was super clean, food was excellent, gym facilities better than most gyms, our room was amazing!!! 100% Recommend

Cons:

Lack of drinks bar at the pool, other than that it was bloody awesome.

המתחם מאוד מרשים חדש ונקי ביותר, הדירה בה שהינו היתה מרווחת מאוד ומעוצבת בטוב טעם הכל נראה חדש ומפנק, חדרי המקלחת גדולים, מרפסות מכל חדר, וחדר כושר מדהים

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.
Großes und gut ausgestattetes Zimmer.
Gute Lage, man ist zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten an der Promenade und am Hafen.

Cons:

Parkplatz kostet 25€ Aufpreis pro Tag.
Am Pool sollte es ein paar Sonnenschirme mehr geben.
