ארוחת בוקר מצויינת במסעדת המלון, דירה מאוד גדולה, חדשה ויפה, חדר כושר מעולה, 4 הביניינים של המלון נמצאים מעל שדרת קניות מגניבה ממש, עם מותגים, פארם, סופר, קולנוע, הלבשה תחתונה, הליכה קצרה למלאאאאא חנויות יוקרה ומסעדות מגוונות לאורך המרינה המטורפת של טיוות

הזמנו וקיבלנו דירת 2 חדרים, סלון עם פינת אוכל ומטבח מרווחים מאוד, ושתי מקלחות משום שהיינו 4 מבוגרים. הדירה מאוד יפה וחדשה לחלוטין, אך הייתה בעיה באחת האמבטיות, מים נזלו מהאמבטיה לרצפת החדר שהיתה כל הזמן מוצפת מים ובריח עובש (בשתי המקלחות), ביום הראשון שלחו לנו חשמלאי שאמר לא להשתמש ואז שלחו למחרת אינסטלטור ששם סיליקון (מסריח) שלא פתר את הבעיה ואמר לא להתשמש עוד 24 שעות ורק ביום האחרון הציעו לנו לעבור חדר, בכל הימים מנהלת שרות לאורח הייתה מעורבת ולא נתנה פיתרון הולם. כך שהזמנתי ושילמתי על 2 מקלחות, אבל בפועל הייתה לנו רק אחת פעילה. באסה, מלון עם המון המון פוטנציאל,
אחותי הוסיפה כסף עבור חדר עם נוף לים, קיבלה חדר בקומה הראשונה, מעל מכולות זבל עצומות שמאחוריהן אתר בניה, ים לא ראו משם ואת הריח אפשר רק לדמיין... כדאי לדעת שחניה בחניון של המלון עולה 25 יורו ליום.

מלון חדש במונטנגרו, המון פוטנציאל. אכפת להם מהשוהים ומשתדלים לפתור כל בעיה עם חיוך ומקצועיות.

מלון מאוד איכותי ואקסקלוסיבי. אכלנו ארוחת ערב היה טעים. מיקום מרכזי, סופר מול המלון. יש אפילו מיני חדר כושר במלון למי שזה מדבר אליו. תקלות נפתרו או פוצו בהתאם. ניכר שאכפת למלון מהשוהים בו. יש בו גם פסילטיס מתקדמים בנוסף לחדרי כשר וספא גם בר בריאות, משקאות שפתוח עד מאוחר וגם בר נוסף על הגג בנוסף למסעדה ועוד. חדרים גדולים ומרווחים ואפילו סיפוק כל דבר כמעט לתינוק/פעוט מחמם בקבוקבים סטירלזטור חשמלי, משטח החתלה בנוסף ללול כמובן. מקרר גדול גם עם לוקחים בחשבון את תוספות המיני בר. קוקטיילים נהדרים. ראויות לציון את אניה, מנהלת הבר והמטבח וסנג'נה, מנהלת כללית.

Cons:

מקלחת קצת מוזרה, הזרם המרכזי חלש יחסית ויש גם "מצב 3" של 4 ברזים בקיר. מזגנים קצת עשו בעיות, היה מאוחר אז לא פנינו אליהם אבל בבוקר פיצו כראוי. יש שירות חניה נהדר, אבל הוא עולה כסף, זה לא נאמר בהזמנה.

Not what expected

Very new hotel right in the middle of PM

Cons:

Far from what we would consider a proper 5-star hotel by European standards.

The service, with the exception of the housekeeping team, is well below a 5-star level. There are still many mistakes and a lot of room for improvement when it comes to guest service. At the moment, I would rate the overall experience more as a good 3- to 4-star hotel.

The general impression is that the property is still a work in progress: some things need to be finished, the staff need more training, and several services need to be improved.

The swimming pool is not particularly large. There are supposedly two separate areas, but in reality they do not feel properly separated, and there were many children splashing around. The sunbeds are also not what I would expect from a 5-star property. Pool bar service was very poor and, surprisingly, closed at 6 p.m.

Another major issue is the lack of attention to the guest experience. Nobody properly explains the hotel’s facilities or services, gives useful recommendations, or offers any local tips. More importantly, there is very little effort to exceed expectations or create those small surprises and personal touches that you normally associate with a genuine 5-star hotel.

Probably the most annoying aspect is that almost everything seems to be an extra, for sale, or available only upon additional payment. It creates an unpleasant “Ryanair feeling”, which is exactly the opposite of what you expect when staying at a luxury hotel.

Also there very few fitness classes in sat-sun.

On the positive side, the housekeeping team is very good, and the staff in general seem willing to help and are clearly trying their best. The problem is not their attitude, but rather the apparent lack of proper training, organisation and service standards.

Overall, the property has potential, but at this stage the experience simply does not match the 5-star positioning.
