Es hat mir überraschend gut gefallen
Pros:

Klein aber alles da, was man gerne hätte zu übernachten. Und Kontakt mit WhatsApp zu kommunizieren. Wenn man nur paar Nächte da bleibt, ist ideal. Wenn länger, vermisst man vielleicht Aussicht aus dem Fenster oder etwas anderes.

Cons:

Aus dem Fenster sieht man direkt Nachbarhaus. Wenn ich Licht an hatte, konnte ich Vorhänge nicht aufmachen. Aber für kurze Aufenthalt ist Ok.

Pros:

Wonderful stay in Salzburg. The location was excellent—very central and convenient, yet quiet. A short walk to the city center (16 minutes ~), the place was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Having parking on premises was a huge bonus and made getting around so easy. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting Salzburg. Basically self service at its finest, complimentary drinks and smooth check in experience.

Die Lage und der Preis

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind wahnsinnig klein und eng. Die Matratze viel zu hart. Es sind viel zu wenige Parkplätze, obwohl bei Booking "Parkplatz inbegriffen" angezeigt wird. 3 Parkplätze für das ganze Hotel. Absolute Frechheit. . Parken an der Straße ist nur 3 Stunden möglich oder der Gast nimmt die Strafe von 30€ in Kauf.
Es gibt keinen Menschen als Ansprechpartner.
Das Zimmer wird die ganze Woche nicht gereinigt.
Gemeldete Probleme werden nur durch einen KI Bot beantwortet und es gibt kein Interesse Probleme zu lösen oder Missstände nachhaltig zu verbessern. Wenn Probleme auf Deutsch beschrieben werden, wird zum Teil auf Englisch geantwortet.
Es gibt auf dem Zimmer kein Tisch und nur 1 Hocker für 2 Personen.
Der Aufenthaltsraum ist unhygienisch und die Tische werden nur unregelmäßig gereinigt. Geschirr steht schmutzig den ganzen Tag in der Ablage.
Milch in der Kaffeemaschine fehlte öfters.
2 Rollen Toilettenpapier für eine Woche Aufenthalt ist zu wenig. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit frische Handtücher zu bekommen, da es kein Personal gibt.
Das Frühstück geht so gar nicht. Das Frühstück wird um 7 Uhr vor die Zimmertür gestellt. Wurst, Käse , usw. ist unverpackt und ungekühlt, gemixt in einer Pappschachtel.

An jeder Stelle werden Kosten gespart und der Gast vernachlässigt. Nie wieder.

Cons:

Nur 3 Parkplätze vor dem Haus. Eiskalter Boden und sehr kühles Bad. Die nervige KI Unterstützung. Keine Menschen, die man Fragen kann.

I had a great stay at Numa. There is free parking available right outside the front of the hotel, which was very convenient. Guests can enjoy unlimited free juice, beer, and coffee, which was a really nice touch. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming throughout the stay. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend this place.

Cons:

Breakfast was provided in a box; however, it would be better if it were a buffet with hot food options available, especially since there is a food hall in the basement. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and a good experience.

Zijn vriendelijk alles is duidelijk

De buurt is echt leuk alles is heel dichtbij

Ze maken ook pas schoon als je vertrekt niet tussen door

Ótima estádia, exceto ar condicionado era difícil de usar e parecia não funcionar corretamente.
Pros:

O quarto era confortável e estava bem mobilado, com uma decoração muito agradável. A vista era ótima e havia estacionamento disponível. Todo o processo era 100% autónomo, o que tornou muito fácil a entrada. O espaço comum era excelente, oferecendo água e outras comodidades. As amenities eram de grande qualidade.

Cons:

O quarto era muito quente e o ar condicionado era difícil de perceber — e, na verdade, acho que nem estava a funcionar corretamente. Além disso, a casa de banho aquecia demasiado sempre que se tomava banho e não tinha uma ventilação adequada.
