Pros:

It was great surprise to see that the hotel provides fresh Alpine water , and also free coffee! The breakfast was 10/10 . The room perfectly. This hotel is highly recommended!

Comfortable room, lots of privacy. Located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood.

Cons:

The nearest bus stop is a ~8 minute walk, but you must walk about 15 minutes from the nearest bus stop that goes to and from the train station. Compared to the other places I stayed during my time in Austria, it was the least accessible via public transportation. I would recommend taking a taxi if you don’t have a car when transporting luggage to and from the property.

I didn’t like needing to download the Numa app to check in and access information about the property.

Pros:

The location and workroom downstairs were excellent. It was also nice that there was always access to the coffee machine, complementary drinks (beer and soda), and fruit.

Cons:

I stayed at the hotel for one week, and my room was never cleaned or serviced. I had the opportunity to request this, but I did not. I found it strange at first to have a hotel with no reception. However, I got used to it.

Pros:

It was easy to check in and location was near 2 bus stops. It was in a peaceful area. The WhatsApp chat was helpful as there was no person available on the property.

Cons:

The room was much smaller than what’s shown in pictures and the lighting was quite low so the place looked smaller.

Pros:

Very easy to find and access. Excellent workspace and kitchen downstairs with a fridge for own goods and nice free drinks fridge and coffee machine (no coffee in the room but tea)

Gemütlich mit einigen Enttäuschungen.

Die Einrichtung hat überzeugt. Gute Lage.

Cons:

Das Frühstück wird jeden Tag um 6:30 Uhr an deiner Tür abgestellt. Es ist, egal, um wie viele Uhr man es isst, eckig gewesen. Gebäck war immer pappig und auf der Wurst und dem Käse hat sich die Feuchtigkeit abgelagert. Sehr enttäuschend.
Der Zimmerservice kam leider immer zu einer Uhrzeit, zu der wir noch auf dem Zimmer sein wollten(zwischen 8-9 Uhr täglich). Aus diesem Grund, hatten wir nie jemanden, der unser Zimmer mal sauber gemacht hat. Ich kenne es aus anderen Hotels so, dass später gereinigt wird. Ich hatte das leise Gefühl, dass extra so früh der Service kommt, damit genug Leute sagen, dass sie es um diese Uhrzeit nicht wollen. Sehr komisch.
Das Hotel hat keine Rezeption, was auch sehr offen vor der Ankunft kommuniziert wird. Immer wenn man Fragen hatte, konnte man sich an eine WhatsApp Nummer wenden. Das Problem: es wird einem nicht geantwortet. Man könnte es also gleich sein lassen.

Rádi se vrátíme.
Pros:

Překvapením bylo, že jsme si mohli kdykoli udělat zcela zdarma ruznou kávu či čaj. Uložit si zakoupené potraviny do lednice. A využít i zcela zdarma nabídku čerstvého ovoce, které bylo k dispozici. Milé překvapení, které opravdu potěšilo.

Cons:

Za 5 denní pobyt nebyl proveden žádný úklid pokoje konkrétně koše.

Par invalīdiem netiek domāts. Autostāvieta invalīdiem nav pieejama. Kārstā laikā telpa nevēdināma un ventilators neveica savas funkcijas. Istaba ļoti maziņa un cenai neatbilstoša. Nav iespēju karstā laikā atvēsināt dzērienus(Ūdeni, limonādi).
