Pros:

Wir haben die Unterkunft nach einer Stunde gewechselt und in das Hotel Stein gezogen, eine Partnerhotel. Es war kein Problem und das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Das Problem des Wechsels war die Ausstattung der Juniorsuite. Kein Kühlschrank etc. Für mich war ausschlaggebend, dass die Dusche keinen Handlauf besitzt, übrigens in allen Zimmern. Eine Regendusche mit meinen Haaren geht nicht. Also, dieses Hotel nie wieder.

Perfect location, super stay!
Pros:

Staff were super friendly and very accommodating. Our room was upgraded on arrival and the space in the room was more than enough for 2 people. The free daily coffee and croissants is a superb addition to the stay. The beautiful sound of nearby bells in the morning was a joy to wake up to.

We enjoyed our stay and we will for sure stay again here during our next trips .
Pros:

A lovely hotel with very friendly staff! Great location , you can easily reach all the nice places within some steps. There is a big parking garage just across the street, a bit expensive but practical for a city like Salzburg.

A Gem in Salzburg
Pros:

Cosy. There's a nice bright room to relax in and enjoy a coffee or a drink any time of the day. Liked the four poster bed.Great location, friendly staff.

We had a really fabulous stay. Travelling as a mum & adult son the family apartment was ideal.
Pros:

Location was perfect. Free tea & coffee was a bonus. Huge bedrooms with lovely view

Cons:

No reception after 6pm which was fine but our key didn’t work on the first night so had to go to the sister hotel to get a new key. Unfortunately the staff on reception tried to tell us several times that we didn’t have a reservation. It was sorted out eventually but not a good start.
