Εύκολη πρόσβαση με εύκολο πάρκινγκ στην περιοχή! Πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της Πάτρας με τα πόδια. Εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό και ικανοποιητικό πρωινό!
Ήταν λίγο στενό το συγκεκριμένο δωμάτιο (έχω ξαναμεινει σε μεγαλύτερα). Το ξενοδοχείο φιλοξενούσε κάποια ομάδα και λόγω της χαμηλής ηχομόνωσης υπήρχε φασαρια. Βέβαια δεν ήταν αποκλειστική ευθύνη του ξενοδοχείου!
Καινούριο ξενοδοχείο με δυνατότητα parking τόσο στον προστατευμένο υπόγειο χώρο όσο και εξωτερικά. Αρκετά ήσυχο καθώς δεν βρίσκεται ακριβώς στο κέντρο της πόλης. Μας ικανοποίησε πολύ ο πρωινός μπουφές και η 24 ωρη θέρμανση του δωματίου. Επίσης, το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο και η ποιότητα των λινών και του στρώματος εξαιρετική!
Δεν υπήρξε κάτι που δεν μου άρεσε.

Όμορφο ξενοδοχείο πολύ καθαρό και όλο το προσωπικό πολύ φιλικό. Εντύπωση κάνουν οι ψύκτες με δωρεάν νερό σε κάθε διάδρομο! Pet friendly 👍
Ο υπάλληλος στη ρεσεψιόν που ενώ γνώριζε ότι θα κάνω παράταση στη διαμονή μου, πάω το ένα απόγευμα να πληρώσω κανονικά και το επόμενο απόγευμα ο ίδιος υπάλληλος μου είπε ανέβηκε η τιμή. Και στην ερώτηση μου γιατί δεν με ενημέρωσε ότι θα ανέβαινε η τιμή και στο γεγονός ότι εγώ θα πρέπει να βρω άλλη διαμονή τελευταία στιγμή η απάντηση του ήταν να μπω μέσω booking να δω αν έχει προσφορά και τον ενόχλησε που αύξησα τη φωνή μου φυσικά χωρίς να προσβάλλω με άσχημες λέξεις ενώ εκείνος ήταν εριστικός και αδιάφορος απέναντι στο λάθος που έκανε. Μόνο μέσω της πλατφόρμας booking να κάνετε κρατήσεις γιατί είναι οι μόνοι αξιόπιστοι που σέβονται τα λεφτά που δίνεις και δεν σε προτρέπουν να πας να μείνεις αλλού. Ήδη έκλεισα αλλού.

Τα σεντόνια είναι πολύ κακής ποιότητας...είναι κρύα σαν χοντρός και σκληρός μουσαμάς.... στέκονται σαν κολλαρισμένα και δεν είναι καθόλου ζεστά, το ίδιο και οι μαξιλαροθήκες
