Aus unser Sicht nicht wieder, leider enttäuschend

Der Ausblick auf die Landschaft

- kein Personal in der Unterkunft / self check-in
- fehlende Sauberkeit
- altes Mobilar (unser Kleiderschrank)

Die Lage hat für den Zweck meines Aufenthalts optimal gepasst. Schöne Einrichtung und ein tolles Frühstück.

Cons:

Es war leider nicht optimal geputzt. Der Boden war eindeutig nicht sauber. Kommunizieren kann man über WhatsApp aber Personal/ Ansprechpartner vor Ort gibt es keine.

Pros:

Vintage-Einrichtung, Lage direkt am Schloss Hellbrunn

Cons:

Kein Personal vor Ort, Boden im Bad nicht sauber, extrem fleckige Tagesdecke, Frühstück aufs Zimmer, kein richtiger Tisch, keine frischen Tassen, Gläser und Löffel für den nächsten Tag, Chat-Bot findet bei Beschwerdenummer die Buchung nicht, Putzkraft macht die angesprochenen Sachen nicht, obwohl versprochen.

Verkehrsgünstig, sehr schöne Zimmer, sehr schöne Ausstattung mit Liebe zum Detail.

Cons:

Die morgendliche Lärmbelästigung, es wurden stemmarbeiten durchgeführt um 7.30 , ich sollte dafür einen Gutschein als Kulanz erhalten.

Wir würden Wiederholungstäter werden, war mit dem Zimmer nach hinten raus perfekt
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren sehr hübsch eingerichtet und unseres ging nach hinten raus und war entsprechend ruhig - zur Straße hin (sehr befahren) ist das sicher anders.
Kein Zimmerservice während des Aufenthalts, aber alles wie Handtücher / Toilettenpapier etc. zur freien Entnahme. Als Langschläfer ist das etwas, was uns grundsätzlich entgegen kam.

Cons:

Es gab keine, bzw. nicht ausreichend Parkplätze am Hotel, es war ein Glücksspiel, ob man direkt dabei parken konnte oder nicht und man wurde aufgefordert, abends aufgrund des Restaurantbetriebs auf keinen Fall dort zu parken.

المكان جميل جدا وقريب من السنتر ولكن ينقصه جميع مستلزمات دورة المياة وللمعلوميه لايوجد شطاف ولكن الاقامة ممتازه وجميلة اشكرهم على تعاونهم فطورهم جميل

Es ist sehr gemütlich und stimmig eingerichtet.
Alle notwendigen Kleinigkeiten (Haartrockner, Shampoo, Tee, etc.) sind vorhanden.

Cons:

Eine zweite Sitzmöglichkeit wäre schön gewesen. Es gab nur einen Hocker, aber Frühstück für zwei auf dme Zimmer, weshalb der Kofferständer kurzerhand zum Sitz umfunktioniert wurde.

What a view
Pros:

The decor and peaceful surroundings. The room was very clean . The view was fantastic
A short walk to the bus stop which takes you into salzburg centre.
Everything you need for a short stay
Perfectly located for what we wanted

Cons:

The fact the car park was getting resurfaced and we was only informed on the second morning of our stay so car parking was limited
