Pros:

Die Nähe zum Bahnhof und zur Altstadt war toll.Hotel relativ neu renoviert.

Absolute rubbish.
Pros:

The shower was ok.

Cons:

There was no one at reception to check me in and I couldn’t check in online properly and it took me about an hour before it will take my payment. I asked for an iron to be put in my room and there was no iron. When I did ring a number that was found in my bedroom, the person on the phone was not helpful at all. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in in my life.

Das Hotel ist in der Nähe vom Hauptbahnhof. Das Zimmer war für eine Person ausreichend, für zwei Personen wäre es echt eng. Das Preis-Leistung - Verhältnis finde ich für Salzburg sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Dame am Empfang könnte etwas freundlicher sein.

Exceptional and held my bags after my stay so I could still enjoy the city a bit.

Cons:

Self check in and out never worked. It was very frustrating, but thankfully I arrived when the front desk was open.

Tertemiz konforlu bir odaydı. Yorgan kalındı ve hiç üşümedik. Merkezi konumdaydı.

Cons:

Tesise girişi çözmek için biraz zorlandık. Fazla teknolojik. Check-in yaptığınız sayfa üzerinde menüde bir yerlerde dijital anahtar sekmesinden alabiliyorsunuz hem dış kapıyı hem oda kapısını. Resepsiyon 5e kadar açık. Bunun haricinde kendinizi kapıda kaldık sanabilirsiniz. Girişte yeterli bilgilendirme yoktu.

Pros:

Several reviews highlighted problems with the check-in and check-out process, but thankfully our experience was the opposite. Someone was available at reception when we arrived, and the check-in was quick and seamless. The hotel is centrally located, with all major attractions within walking distance. The rooms are large and beautifully designed, and the Salzach riverbank is only a few meters away.

Все было замечательно
Pros:

Персонал очень приятный. Девушка на ресепшене оформила нам бесплатный проездной по городу на весь период нашего пребывания. Номер был чистый, в нём было всё необходимое: чайник, холодильник, полотенца. Можно было приготовить себе кофе или чай. Также в номере был хороший фен, что довольно редко встречается в гостиницах.

Вид из окна не очень, окна номера были во двор.

Pros:

The bed was comfortable and was happy there was a Kette to have a hot drink.

I did not like the fact that there was no reception. I had problems getting into my room and had to ring up the reception number from another chain hotel. The guy was very nice and assisted me.I arrived after 5pm and no sign of a receptionist at the front desk. Furthermore the lighting when you first enter the hotel was very die. This made it difficult to do the whole check in process because needed to type a few important things like drivers licence number etc and with a dim light this made my job much harder. Furthermore, when I finally entered my room was extremely disappointed because my room was facing a very busy street. I specifically explained, by email twice that it was imperative for me to have a room that was quiet and away from a street. Nobody answered my emails, which was appalling. I stayed overnight on a Friday night and the next day had a very important exam,thus the reason for a quiet room request.

Very disappointed with the service that I was given.
