Breakfast was great! The staff was quite helpful. Location was great.
The AC wasn't working so it got hot in the room. The sink was clogged up initially, but I was able to fix it.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Everywhere was very clean. The coffee and choice of breakfasts were very good.
The bathroom was not private. It had glass and a curtain instead of a wall!
The staff was great, especially the women who worked at midnight. We only had a day there so we could walk around that day and store our luggage. They also organized transportation for us to get down to Budva and made sure we got a fair price. The breakfast is from the cafe next door and was really tasty!

Un pub cercano con la música a todo trapo, con las ventanas cerradas el móvil marcaba 55 db. A las 12 de la noche se apagó. También coincidió con un partido de fútbol y el parking estaba cerrado, al menos el hotel nos compensó no cobrando el parking
Bardzo podobał mi się ten hotel, dobra lokalizacja, przyjazny personel, wygodny pokój pięknie zaaranżowany, dużo luster, oświetlenie które można obsługiwać z wielu miejsc, posiadał także rolety zaciemniające które można obsługiwać z łóżka, ładna łazienka. Pyszne śniadanie, można wybrać jedną pozycję z karty, w połączonej z hotelem przyjemnej kawiarni.
The bed was very comfortable
Our room was very noisy from street noise and the water was not hot enough
The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was even more beautiful and spacious than shown in the photos. Everything was exceptionally clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast is à la carte with an excellent selection of dishes, and the coffee is even better. Definitely highly recommended

I had requested early check-in between 7:00 and 8:00 a.m. as I was traveling by train with my family and arriving very early. When we arrived at the hotel at 7:00 a.m., we were pleasantly surprised when the receptionist told us that our rooms were ready, as I understood this would only be possible if rooms were available.
However, the situation quickly became very uncomfortable. The receptionist gave us two keys, as I had booked two rooms. When I opened one of the rooms, I found that people were still sleeping inside. This was shocking and highly inappropriate. Walking into an occupied room and waking other guests is not only embarrassing but also raises serious concerns about privacy and security within the hotel.
We returned to the reception to explain what had happened. The receptionist simply apologized and said that no one had informed her about our request. This response was surprising and disappointing, as it is the responsibility of the staff to verify room availability before assigning keys, regardless of prior communication.
While the hotel itself is new and the facilities are very good, the staff clearly need better training. In situations like this, a proper and professional apology should be given, not only to us but also to the guests whose room was mistakenly assigned.
Overall, this experience left us feeling uncomfortable and concerned about the hotel’s service standards.
La ubicación y el baño.
El personal me hizo sentir que debía entender y conocer donde estaba el parking no muy amablemente. Además, se pusieron a hablar en su idioma delante de mí durante la conversación sin que yo pudiera entender nada. La habitación era muy pequeña y no estaba bien insonorizada, daba a un patio interior y estuvimos escuchando música hasta casi la 1:00 de la madrugada. El desayuno estaba bueno pero tardaron más de media hora en servirnos.
O pequeno-almoço era bom.
De tudo o resto - para além do pequeno-almoço. O quarto estava todo estragado, para um hotel com poucos anos. O meu quarto ficava - segundo andar - em cima do café/ bar que o dono do hotel também é proprietário e ouvia-se o barulho todo. A equipa já sabia do problema mas parecem que não fazem nada - por indicação do proprietário. Logo para quem quer ficar num hotel calmo, não recomendo.
