Pros:

Geschmackvolles Hotel mit einer stilvollen Einrichtung. Ich hatte das Glück mein Zimmer mit Blick in den Innenhof zu haben - somit war es sehr ruhig.

Cons:

35 Euro Parkgebühren für eine Nacht finde ich zu viel.

Pros:

Die Mitarbeiter:innen sind alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, man fühlt sich richtig Zuhause. Im Zimmer ist es auch sehr schön eingerichtet und alles ist sehr sauber. Ich würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen und will auch selbst wiederkommen.

Habe mich auch beim 3. Besuch sehr wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Alte Substanz, top renoviert. Zimmer hochwertig und geschmackvoll modern eingerichtet, komfortable Lichtsteuerung.
Freundliches, unkompliziertes und unaufdringliches Personal.
Perfekte Lage zum Kongresszentrum.

五つ星ホテルというが、選択して大失敗　少人数の若いスタッフが機能していない。午前中暇な時間での荷物預かり作業ができない。
Pros:

立地　ミラベル庭園の向かいにある。駅からも近い

Cons:

前提として自分が英語ができない。　とても気分が悪いことがあった。スタッフ数が少ないのに大型ホテルの形態のままでやろうとするのは無理があるように思えた。
①午前中にスーツケースの保管を依頼した。レセプション担当者（若いA)は預かり証を出さずに「OK　チェックイン時に部屋に届ける」といった。15時にチェックインしたらスーツケースがなかった。レセプション担当者（若いB）にスーツケースがないといった。Bはチェックもしないで「No problem,Under　delivery」と語気強くいった。経験がありそうな担当者Cはhospitalityがあり、丁寧に対応しようとした。まあ待つかとなった。30分後、ポーター担当者Ⅾ（経験豊富）が部屋に来た。「まだ荷物がきていないい？」というので「午前中に預けた」と伝えた。さすがに慌てた様子だった。1時間たって、何もなかったので「これがNo problemかよ」と言いにレセプションに行った。ベテラン担当者が午前の担当者に電話で経過を聞いているのだろうが不明のまま。10分時間をくれというので戻ろうとして、荷物預かり室のドアが開いていた。自分たちのスーツケースがあった。Cにここにあると伝えた。スーツケースには預かり証の部屋番号が〇30　と書いてあり2枚残っていた。自分たちは〇29号室だった。　この担当者Bの言動には本当に頭にきた。　　　
②朝食　早く出発したかったので、朝食開始時間の7時よりも10分くらい前にいった。受付担当者Eがカートで10人分くらいの朝食を運んで行った。「ルームサービス」と言っていた。ところが7時になっても戻ってこない。7時を過ぎたら、客は待ちきれず強行突入していた。担当者は後から戻ってきて、ノーチェックだった。
③チェックアウト時にレセプション担当者（若いF)はデポジットの返金を渋った。英語でこれまでの経過を伝えられれば良かったが、できない。最後にこちらが「Back」と強めの声を出してOKと言った。

תמורה נהדרת למחיר !
Pros:

מלון מצויין במיקום מצויין, צוות אדיב ושירותי.
לקחנו חדר מסוג junior suite שאפשר לנו גישה חופשית לטרקלין ומיני בר ללא הגבלה.
החדר מרווח מאד, נקי - מנקים את החדר בבוקר ומסרים שוב בשעות אחהצ/ערב.
מסעדת השף של המלון מעולה - מומלץ !!!
ארוחת בוקר טובה מאד.

Very nice accommodations!
Pros:

Check in was easy. The bed was comfortable. Nicely decorated. Mini fridge was stocked and included with room. Front desk arranged for a taxi to airport early the next morning.

Cons:

The water closet was separate from the sink and shower. You had to walk across room to go wash hands after using the restroom.
