The staff (who are also the owners) are so sweet and welcoming. They make you feel at home even before you step into the lobby.
The breakfast is incredible: super nutritious, healthy, and beautifully plated. Since we had an early checkout, they even packed us a to go bag with fruits, bread, and juice.
The accommodation has an amazing high up view of the entire city of Puno, right next to the peaceful Lake Titicaca, and there are even little sheep greeting you at the entrance. It's the kind of view that really makes you want to just relax and enjoy your vacation. The rooms also come with heater.
The owner was so helpful in calling taxis for us, which made getting around super easy. They even went above and beyond by booking the local bus tickets so we could smoothly travel from Puno to Bolivia after checking out. Truly reliable and heartwarming!

Romario et son équipe vous promettent un séjour parfait. Les repas et les petits déjeuners sont délicieux et la vue panoramique sur la ville et le lac est magnifique. On peut donner le biberon aux alpagas, profiter du jardin. Aucun bruit, que des sourires et la volonté de vous apporter le meilleur, n'est ce pas merveilleux ?

Romario e il suo staff sono stati gentilissimi: la loro cordialità, la bellissima vista dalle camere, l'ottimo cibo e soprattutto i due simpaticissimi cuccioli di alpaca Inti e Sami hanno allietato il nostro soggiorno lasciandoci un bellissimo ricordo dei giorni trascorsi a Puno.

Absolutamente todo. Es un hotel maravilloso, dan ganas de quedarse a vivir. Está alejado del centro, en un alto desde el que puedes divisar todo Puno y el Lago Titicaca, rodeado de naturaleza. Te reciben sus dos alpacas y varios perretes. El hotel es precioso, con mucho gusto y estilo, y habitaciones amplias y con vistas. El desayuno es abundante y riquísimo, y también la cena. Las atenciones de Romario ponen el broche final, siempre atento, amable y pendiente de todo. En resumen, una maravilla de estancia.

Schöne Unterkunft mit tollem, sehr freundlichen Service. Super Frühstück & gutes Essen.

Ruhige Lage mit schönem Blick auf dem Titicaca-See. Allerdings etwas außerhalb/ isoliert von Puno (ca 15 Minuten mit dem Taxi), aber perfekt, wenn man dem Stadtgetümmel entfliehen möchte.

Die Zimmer sind riesig.
Sehr gutes Frühstück und generell sehr gute Küche.
Es gibt zwei Alpakababies die dem ganzen Aufenthalt noch einmal die Krone aufsetzen.
Auch gibt es tolle Wandermöglichkeiten rund um das Hotel!

Dieses Hotel gehört zu den besten in Peru. Unbeschreiblich schöne und ruhige Lage, blühender Garten, überall fliegen Kolibris, und es gibt Baby Alpakas. Alle Räume im Hotel sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, das Team ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, der Koch exzellent. Wir hatten ein fabelhaftes Abendessen und auch das Frühstück ist sehr gut mit viel frischem Obst, und neben Marmelade gab es auch endlich mal Wurst und Käse.

Puno es bello de noche y desde la distancia

Exceptional location with elevated view of Lake Titicaca and with a short walk within the property 360 deg views including reed island. The property has lots of fauna that attracts humming birds and their pet Alpacas are delightful. The owner is a chef and the food extremely good. The rooms are large and the hotel has character and each room spectacular views. It’s a 10 minute drive by taxi. The hotel can arrange this for 15 pen. Well worth it to get away from noisy town. We stayed two days and did not leave!
