Pros:

It's close to Salzburg Mainstation. Bus connection to the city centre is easy. Room is clean. Beds are comfortable. Parking available for €15 per night upon reservation.

Cons:

I think if are running a hotel, room service must be available 24/7. Room service did not make the beds and did not clean the floors on Sunday.

Good enough for an over night stay
Pros:

The location was perfect for us, we went everywhere in the town by foot. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

It would be better to have more pillows, and would feel more comfortable if there is a desk, sofa in the room.

Ficamos em um quarto quádruplo e uma das camas não era confortável e fazia barulho. Trata-se de uma cama embutida em armário cujos pés atrapalham a passagem, inclusive a cama estava trincada.

Lage und Freundlichkeit der Betreiber. Sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Hatten gute Tipps für einen gelungenen Städtetrip in Salzburg.

Cons:

Frühstück wird ab 8.00 Uhr angeboten- da muss noch ein bisschen an der Pünktlichkeit gearbeitet werden. Aber das wird schon.

Basically, the room is clean and convenient location.

Cons:

No service provide, it is difficult to ask service (even for toilet refill) and cause inconvenience as we leave early in the morning and back to hotel late evening due to the reception desk is closed.
As there is city tax to pay, however, they didn't ask us to pay during our stay in the hotel. After we checked out, they asked us to pay to their bank account. By doing so, it is more complicated and bank charges involved. It is very poor management and not recommend this hotel to other travelers.
