Noisy!!
Pros:

This is a brand new hotel so everything was in good condition and appealing to the eyes.

Cons:

So noisy!! Not built well enough to keep the noise down from the upstairs unit. Felt like we could hear everything from up there. If you want peace and quiet this is not the hotel for you. It's sad because it's a brand new hotel.

Pros:

NO BREAKFAST!!!! Had to purchase yogurt! Very disappointed!
Rate was escalated due to WKU graduations!

Didn't get to stay they didn't have me as having a reservation there.

When I went to check into my room, it was not available. They said they were overbooked, so I need to be reimbursed for my payment of my room

Very pleasing I definately would stay there again
Pros:

It was very clean, however the property is very new I think just built in 2025. It was quiet and the staff was great. Very good location near shopping and restaurants, also near where I had business to take care of

Cons:

Maybe the fact it offers no food except what you buy in there little commisary.

the beds are hard as rocks the pillows are so thin you have to use all three to make one and no breakfast.

It was very plesant, accommadating and will stay there again
Pros:

It was very quiet, clean is very important to me.The room was equipped with everything I needed, lighting in the room was fabulous. Convenient to restaurants shopping most anything you could want was near by. Plenty of parking.

Cons:

Mostly I like a hotel that has a bit of food, this one does not.
