the beds are hard as rocks the pillows are so thin you have to use all three to make one and no breakfast.

It was very plesant, accommadating and will stay there again
Pros:

It was very quiet, clean is very important to me.The room was equipped with everything I needed, lighting in the room was fabulous. Convenient to restaurants shopping most anything you could want was near by. Plenty of parking.

Cons:

Mostly I like a hotel that has a bit of food, this one does not.

Pros:

The frigates would not get cold. Put a bag of ice in the freezer and it melted. My water bottles remained room temperature

The non working refrigerator, the size of room wasn’t any bigger than a usual hotel room to be offering a kitchenette in it

Cons:

Upon arrival the very rude desk worker informed us the hotel had been sold out for weeks, yet on third party websites showed availability and charged us for the room. The staff needs to be properly trained on how to manage online bookings and how to turn off third party websites when booked full. We drove 3 hours to this hotel and ended up sleeping in our car because the hotel turned us away. The desk agent had a terrible attitude and said “what do you want me to do about it”.

Good price, clean rooms, new furnishings, and friendly staff.
Pros:

Clean room, good price, and friendly staff. Despite a busy weekend they were able to accommodate me better than the Embassy Suites down the road.

Cons:

Beds were kinda hard, delay in getting my room due to an abundance of check-ins on the same day for a weekend event.

We would stay here again. Very clean and very nice.
Pros:

It was very clean. Staff was nice. Liked that it had a small kitchen as well.

Cons:

No one told us that room service wasn’t provided everyday. Had to take dirty towels to front desk to receive new towels for next day.

Way to go , this place has stellar taste!
Pros:

This place was brand new! And we got the one room on the third floor that had only us. They are so new, but very beautiful property

Check in a few hours Early , saying that they didn’t know if there was enough rooms clean. However the parking lot was dead maybe 10 cars. And the price was 30.00 now days 30.00 in my pocket was precious. I paid it mainly because I am
Sick and I needed to get In early. But I just wanted to get some rest and get some
Food.’ Long drive for us. So thats the only thing i could possibly say, at least when you tell someone that they needed rooms cleaned and its 10am in the morning maybe check out the parking area first , the lot was very dead
