Ein tolles Garnihotel mit einem schönen Wellnessbereich. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut. Es war wirklich ALLES da, was man sich nur vorstellen kann. Ein grosses Lob dafür. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sehr sauber. Wir hatten ein rundum tolles Wochenende in dieser Unterkunft. Preis-/Leistung top!

Powrót z Alpe Adrii i reset przed długa droga do domu.
Pros:

Wyśmienity hotel. Bardzo miła obsługa, bardzo zadbany, czysty i klimatyczny, widać serce włożone w każdy zakatek hotelowy. Wyjatkowe śniadanie, większość lokalnych wyrobów.

Cons:

Wszystko się podobało, jeden z lepszych hoteli. Tylko mała uwaga - W ofercie było podane, że hotel posiada "prywatna plażę" - nie wiadomo, czego ona dotyczyła, czy rzeki? Na przeciwko hotelu jest zbiornik wodny z pięknym kolorem turkusowym ale tam raczej nie wolno się kapać więc to sformułowanie może być bardzo mylace.

Amazing hotel with lovely staff, great breakfast, the most comfortable bed I slept on and great amenities including pool, spa area and private lake access. We also loved its location - very close to the airport and short driving distance to the city.

The sheets were a bit dirty, nothing given for our honeymoon celebration

Pros:

Super Frühstück, nettes Personal, ruhige Lage, schöne Zimmer.
Möchte man abends essen gehen, so ist in circa 300 m ein schönes Restaurant zu Fuß erreichbar.

There was no bottled water provided, and there was no shampoo available in the bathroom. In addition, the water in the coffee machine looked as though it had not been changed for quite some time.

We paid a considerable amount for our stay, and unfortunately, these details gave us the impression that the room had not been properly checked for cleanliness before our arrival.

We expected a much higher standard of service and cleanliness, especially considering the price we paid. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter.
