Pros:

Das Hotel war wirklich sehr schön. Es gab mehrere Pools und wir haben immer eine Liege gefunden. Das Abendessen und das Abendprogramm waren hervorzuheben.

Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel rundum wohl gefühlt. Alle Mitarbeiter waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das gesamte Hotel war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Als wir einen Stromausfall nur in unserem Zimmer hatten, war innerhalb weniger Minuten ein Elektriker zur Stelle und hat das Problem behoben – ein wirklich toller Service.

Die Außenanlagen werden kontinuierlich in Stand gehalten, man sieht überall, dass daran gearbeitet wird. Auch das Seegras am Strand wurde entfernt. Der Strand selbst hat uns nicht ganz so überzeugt, dafür gibt es aber mehrere schöne Pools mit ausreichend Liegen, die für Entspannung sorgen. Die Außenpools waren für unser Empfinden zu kühl, auch die privaten Pools in den Superior Zimmern – eine Temperierung wäre wünschenswert. Das Hallenbad hingegen hatte eine angenehme Temperatur.

Das Frühstück war qualitativ sehr gut und hat uns bestens geschmeckt. Gäste mit einer höheren Zimmerkategorie können ihr Frühstück im Restaurant Osteria einnehmen, wo frisch gepresster Orangensaft serviert wird.

Die Anlage ist etwas weitläufiger, was wir persönlich als angenehm empfunden haben, da wir so jeden Tag einen kleinen Spaziergang genießen konnten. Zudem gibt es ein abwechslungsreiches Angebot an Aktivitäten und Abendunterhaltungen, die gut organisiert und unterhaltsam waren.

Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und würden das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

The Neptune Luxury Resort is exactly as I hoped it would be. From the friendly, and hard working, staff to amenities and beautiful grounds creating a feeling of space.

My room was near the beach and was almost perfect as it had twin beds and I was a solo traveller. The room Wi-Fi was super fast and the fixtures and fittings well designed and of good quality. The bathroom was large with a rainfall shower which was powerful and easy to use.

My room was cleaned perfectly everyday with no concerns about intrusive maids. The simple cards left at the rear of your front door, informing whether you were in and did not wish to be disturbed to the alternative informing you were away and would like your room cleaned is diligently followed.

The beach and choice of pools are all excellent, although I spent most of my stay exploring the island each day.

I did use the hotel`s gym every day and it was clean, well equipped and adequate to my training routines. A water dispenser is supplied, along with clean, fresh towels.

I visited the hotel`s spa once, for a massage, and this was also worth the visit. Lovely, professional staff who listened to what I required and made the experience with their knowledge and kindness.

I stayed half-board and both the breakfast and evening meal were up with the best I`ve experienced anywhere in the world. Again, staff knowledgeable and genuinely patient and kind.

Check-in and check-out both professional, concise and fuss free. All in all, a great stay.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und können das Hotel nur empfehlen. Wir konnten vom Balkon das Meer sehen, das Essen war jeden Tag super lecker und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit und auch das Sportangebot hat uns gut gefallen.

Ameisen im gesamten Zimmer identifiziert - es wurde als Lösung lediglich etwas Essig versprüht ohne weitere Prüfung oder Nachfrage ob das Problem beseitigt wurde - nein es hat nicht geholfen und die Ameisen sind weiterhin dort.

Sehr schöne gut gepflegte Anlage, geräumige moderne Zimmer, Personal sehr bemüht, mehrere Restaurants mit guter Küche, ordentliche aber nicht extravagante Auswahl. Der Strand überwiegend felsig mit einem relativ kurzen sandigen Abschnitt. Animationen wohl eher für Kinder bzw. Familien (das nächste Mal lieber ein Adults Only Resort). Die Tauchschule unbrauchbar (unzuverlässig, keine Basis in Strandnähe, aber Kos ist auch kein Tauchziel).
