Friendly & knowledgeable staff. Nice room, comfy bed, good pillows. Breakfast was delicious with great selection

The sticky button on the elevator for level one. Need a nightlight in the bathroom so you don’t have to turn on the overhead light and wake up the other person in bed.
The breakfast was great. Eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, fruit, wide selection.
The room was spacious, clean and nice. The bed was comfortable.
I had to try 4-5 times every time to get the card to unlock the door. It would turn green but not open. After about 5 tries, each time, it would finally open.
We had an absolute blast. Starting with the staff at the check-in to all other employees we encountered throughout our stay - a huge shout especially to Brianna (aka Ankles) and Kacie. Super fun and friendly.
The pool, breakfast buffet and room were all top notch!!
The breakfast was nice. The gentleman cleaning the tables was pleasant.
We requested a room with at least two beds because there were three of us. There was one queen bed. The room was supposed to have a pull-out couch but it did not. They did not have other rooms to move us to. We were forced to sleep all in one bed. The young man at the front desk said that someone could sleep on the couch but it was filthy and no one should be forced to sleep on that.
Everything was brand new everything was very clean and very comfortable!
My partner couldn’t hook up to his Wi-Fi on his iPad and our toilet was loose from the floor in the bathroom.
