Great location, staff was nice and helpful, after getting into the room and plugging my charger into the lamp I noticed the whole light bulb was hanging by a wire so the person at check in was kind and relocated another lamp next to the bed removing the broken light, bed was comfortable, breakfast was good
the bathroom needed a little work, the door scraped the floor, the shower curtain was horrible, the floor was wet when getting out of the tub while the curtain was inside the tub during my shower, the walls and floor look like it has been wet for a while the tile was pulling away from the wall near the floor, the drain did not work it was loose and laid on the tub floor
The rooms are spacious and clean. I liked the sitting room and kitchen area. Location is close to alot of dining options.
The pool was closed due to maintenance.

Cleanliness
Pool was closed and I would have stayed elsewhere had I been informed
I was not happy that I made at least three separate phone calls up there about my reservation and nobody decided to tell me that the hotel was under renovation so the pool was not able to be used. Me and my mom were traveling from Florida and Michigan meeting in the middle and we've done this last summer and stayed at that hotel multiple times and wanted to come back for the pool and was very very disappointed that we had a room full of kids looking forward to the pool and was not able to. Next time we'll just go else where .
I loved the location in town. The room was very spacious and came with a lot of amenities. The bed was also very comfortable!
The breakfast wasn’t the best, but I’ve had worse.
We appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, the clean room & the well stocked breakfast options. Next visit we will arrive ready to try the free evening dinner buffet & social hour.
