Pros:

Location easy to find. Like the suites. Good breakfast. Beds and linen comfortable.

Cons:

Could use some furniture upgrades. Material very worn on chairs and couches.

Pros:

Very friendly staff. Room was beautiful, very clean and fresh. Location was perfect for easy access to expressway and plenty of choices for food and shopping. Quiet for sleeping, beautiful bed linens, and mattress.

Decent stay for decent price
Pros:

It was roomy..good location - fair price

Cons:

Heat was iffy- temp didn’t rise above 70 in spite of increasing the thermostat setting to ward off the chill in the room. I was awakened by the maid tapping on the door with an ink pen @ 0815am then she tapped again around 09:15am - check out is 11am - why are you disturbing guests?

Other than that it was great and the beakfast was great
Pros:

The room size was way bigger than we expected!

Cons:

The cleaning ladies were standing in front of our door to clean our rooms at 1:15pm. We weren’t checking out until 2. Made us feel rushed…

It was clean and comfortable.
Pros:

It’s very clean and nice rooms. The staff except the maintenance guy.

Cons:

We did not care for the maintenance guy. My husband was eating breakfast and got up from the table to fix a bowl of cereal, and while he was up the maintenance guy takes his chair from the table and starts walking towards the front desk and my husband politely told him that he was using the chair and the maintenance guy told him that it doesn’t belong in the dinning room, and kept walking. The chair match all the chairs in the dinning room. My husband asked who the owner was and he replied he was the owner. A cleaning lady said he was not the owner and was the maintenance guy. He was probably in his 60s and very rude. The chair was placed in front of the lobby checking counter.

Pros:

Very nice hotel. Nice queen bed suit with a little kitchen. Nice, clean bathroom, perfect bed with comfortable pillows.

Expected more from Staybridge suites
Pros:

Breakfast was ok . Ladies that work there were friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Hotel needs some upgrades. Bath tub was not draining very well. Faucet on bath tub was squeaky and needs updating. Stove could not be turned on because a knob was missing. After requesting a solution for this with the front desk nothing happened. Carpet on hallway had balls of hair ( most likely from a dog or some kind of animal).
