Meals were good, location was good,

Cons:

I think our room might have had pets before we stayed in it as the smell was slightly off, there was rust around the door molding to the bathroom, when looking at our rates for the rest of our trip into Virginia the rate was higher than anywhere else.

This was the best hotel experience I’ve bed had. The service and food was amazing. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The service was amazing. The breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever seen. The room exceeded my expectations as well. We were very satisfied.

Unacceptable conditions of property and Mr Griffin’s bad attitude.
Pros:

I have stayed at this property before and it was a pleasant stay. My experience on August 20 was the worst by far. Even worse than the condition of the property was the attitude of Mr Griffin

Cons:

The strong smell of pets and stained carpets and unprofessionalism of Mr Griffin. I asked to speak with the manager and/or assistant manager for 2 days and I was informed neither was at the property both days
