I have given a room by the rood very noisy and requested another room they gave me a room under a cabaret and the sound of music went on till after 2 am

Nous avons passé la nuit du 21 au 22 mars dans cet hôtel et l’expérience a été inacceptable à plusieurs niveaux.

Tout d’abord, un problème de facturation : le prix réservé était de 69,31 €, mais nous avons dû payer environ 271 TND (près de 80 €) sur place, sans explication claire.

Ensuite, impossible de dormir. Notre chambre était située juste en dessous de la discothèque rooftop, avec un bruit extrêmement fort jusqu’au milieu de la nuit. Malgré notre demande en pleine nuit, aucun changement de chambre n’a été possible. Résultat : nuit blanche alors que nous avions un vol à 5h du matin.

Le point le plus grave reste la sécurité : la fenêtre de la chambre, située au 5ème étage, ne se fermait pas du tout. Avec des enfants, c’est tout simplement inadmissible. Le service technique a dû intervenir, ce qui montre bien que le problème était réel.

Je tiens malgré tout à remercier la réceptionniste qui a été professionnelle et a essayé de trouver une solution, mais le problème vient clairement de l’établissement.

Entre le surcoût injustifié, le bruit insupportable et ce défaut de sécurité majeur, je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel.
