Pros:

you know what you get with this group and they keep the level

Cons:

the only elevator of the hotel was out of service for days. the hotel didn't inform me before that I've to climb 4 floors with my luggage and multiple times during the day. Yes, I understand that the elevator can break and it takes (maybe) days/weeks to repair. No, I can NOT understand, that this will not be published from the hotel before and open the opportunity to swap into another hotel or cancel.

The parking lots are also a problem. If I arrive with the car I need a parking slot. I expect to book this parking slot upfront. I understand that there are not enough spots for all rooms but I need to schedule an alternative parking before. It's too late to get this information at the reception desk.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Prime location and friendly staff
Pros:

The location was great, and the river-view room was fantastic. The staff were friendly, and the complimentary candies were delicious. I would have loved to have breakfast, but I had to leave early for a train the next day; however, I would definitely stay here again if I visit in the future. It’s clean, well-located, and simply excellent!
