Comfortable and convenient with a welcoming ambience.
Pros:

Location, comfortable room and beds. Good breakfast and very helpful staff.

Cons:

No coffee or tea facilities, bathroom in need of a little TLC and hard to regulate temperature in shower (scalding or freezing)

Café da manhã muito bom. Excelente localização, quarto espaçoso, com sala e varanda.

Cons:

Tem banheira no banheiro, mas não tinha tampão. Solicitei um tampão e recebi um que não detinha a água. … ao solicitar outro fui informada que, por sustentabilidade, não estavam liberando a banheira. Ocorre qye deveriam reformar e tirar a banheira de lá, pois o banheiro fica apertado com ela lá (ainda mais que é uma peça inútil) e nos dá uma falsa expectativa.

Fantastic location with a nice view of the square
Pros:

Great location with a fantastic balcony view of the church and square. Simple continental breakfast with some hot selections. Room was quite large and spacious.

Cons:

Sound proofing of the hotel could be improved but thankfully the area was quiet for the most part. Some people caroling and playing musical instruments in the square until a bit after midnight, which was a bit noisy in the room. Front windows in the lobby were cracked.

Zentrale Lage, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Ausstattung der Zimmer wirkt ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, Heizlüfter hat leider nicht funktioniert. Frühstück leider nicht überzeugend, es fehlt an Frische und Qualität.

L'emplacement, le personnel, grande chambre avec vue sur la cathédrale et belle terrasse, buffet du matin ouvert très tôt

Cons:

Douche pas très chaude et petit-déjeuner identique tous les jours (le buffet était ouvert à 5h40 mais, à 6h tout n'était pas prêt ; on devait partir)
