Pros:

Hotel con una ubicación excepcional, cercano a sitios de interés cultural y gastronómico. El personal muy atento a solventar las necesidades de sus huéspedes. El desayuno muy variado.

Cons:

Deben estar un poco más pendiente de las dotaciones de insumos de aseo en las habitaciones, en nuestro caso particular, indicamos no tener jabón de manos y esto no fue fue respuesto. De resto todo perfecto.

Tive uma das piores experiências em hotéis de toda minha vida. Fiquei 7h no trajeto pra Puno e quando cheguei no hotel e fui tomar banho, a água não estava descendo no ralo, alguma coisa estava entupida. Bom, esse tipo de coisa acontece né, buscamos o suporte do hotel pra troca do quarto e foi aí que o pesadelo começou. Duas horas para que eles se convencessem a nos trocar de quarto por aquela à noite enquanto faziam a manutenção do problema. As duas funcionárias da recepção completamente seu autonomia, não davam um passo sem ligar pra um gerente, minha impressão é que dificultaram demais. Passamos a primeira noite num quarto MUITO menor, aguardando que o dia seguinte voltaríamos para o que eu havia reservado. Após um dia de passeio, voltamos e colocaram a gente em outro quarto (ao lado do original), que também não era equivalente ao que eu tinha reservado, nessa unidade o banheiro tinha uma banheira e eu que tenho apenas 1,65 era maior do que a altura do chuveiro, foi terrível tomar banho. Deram a desculpa que o quarto inicial não havia sido arrumado, porém poucos minutos após nossa entrada, outros hóspedes subiram para o quarto que era originalmente nosso.
Descaso, falta de respeito, as plantas dos quartos são terríveis e equipe totalmente despreparada para lidar com problemas simples.
Não recomendo.

Friendly staff, great location, good breakfast - recommended!
Pros:

It’s a really nice place right in the center of Puno. The breakfast is awesome and Amparo, who’s working there, is so friendly and spreading such a positive vibe in the morning. As well Silvana at the reception is super helpful and friendly! Highly recommend!

Arrivé à 11h au lieu de 14h. Certains hôtels facilitent le check in plus tôt mais eux ont demandé des frais supplémentaires. Pas très cool

A lovely stay in Puno
Pros:

A great hotel, the location is superb, just at the top of the main square in central Puno. Lots of restaurants nearby. The view from the balcony in our room was amazing and we could easily see Lake Titicaca. Our room was spacious and clean. Good breakfast. Overall a lovely stay and we thoroughly enjoyed Puno.

Cons:

Breakfast was good, but we didn't know that we could order different types of eggs each morning until near the end of our stay. Be good to have a small menu on each table to make guests aware of this.

Our room needed updating.

Pros:

Prima hotel maar wel al wat gedateerd. Prima bed en ruime kamer. De locatie is super, midden in het centrum. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid.

Cons:

De temperatuur van de douche viel niet te regelen. Het was of gloeiend heet of ijskoud.

Struttura stupenda in pieno centro. Camera grandissima con vasca in cui stare tranquillamente in due. Staff gentilissimo, ci hanno assistito nel parcheggiare la macchina perché nel parcheggio dell’hotel non ci entrava.

Todo fue sensacional, tanto habitación con una vista impresionante a Puno, desayuno generoso y variado y la atención en recepción muy buena. Teníamos una excursión de un día y nos permitieron dejar las maletas ya que volvíamos al día siguiente. No hubo ningún problema. Detalle también, el tener disponible a toda hora té en recepción. Volveríamos de nuevo si visitamos Puno.
