Solid Hotel
Pros:

The location was very nice, and the room had a nice view over the Plaza de armas. The shower was nice and hot. The breakfast buffet was included and solid (nothing special). Helpful Personal.

Cons:

The humidity in the room was very low and dry, which was very noticeable in the morning. The balcony door was a basic glass door with no isolation whatsoever - meaning you could hear the people on the main square and feel the draft. Weirdly the Staff doesn't expect all USD Bills - only those that look near mint condition (if you want to pay cash).

Overall, a central, comfortable place to stay.
Pros:

the room was comfortable with a nice view over the Cathedral. The location was very central within walking distance to the mall area. The breakfast was very nice with plenty of options available.

Cons:

There was a bit of noise from other rooms when they were doing renovations/repairs. Sometimes the hot water was a bit iffy.

Pros:

Great location. Lots of hot water. Spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast. Lovely staff

Cons:

Free bottled drinking water would be a nice touch. Curtains were a wee bit grubby.

Amazing breakfast and comfortable enough
Pros:

The room was good for the price. The breakfast was amazing!! The water in the shower was nice with enough pressure and warm after staying in the Uros I could appreciate that a lot.

Cons:

My room faced the cathedral so the single glass windows made it a bit noisy at night and I could hear the people singing in the cathedral but it was not a big problem. Also unfortunately they had an issue with WiFi and there was no internet.

Comfy stay in the middle of town
Pros:

Convenient location in the middle of town, comfortable beds, good breakfast. A short walk away from attractions. Wifi was good in the bedroom, but a bit spotty in other places (needed to log in to other wifi servers around the hotel when not in the room).

Cons:

Hôtel un peu vieillot, les chambres ne sont plus toutes neuves. Mais ça fait très bien l'affaire pour une nuit

Comfortable and very well located
Pros:

Excellent central location, we had a lovely view over the basilica from our room on 4th floor. Restaurants very close by. Breakfast was adequate

A warm, welcoming property that ticked a lot of boxes ❤️
Pros:

We loved how clean it was. It felt very homey here and just like a comfortable hotel room (which can be hard to come by). We loved the breakfast: a great variety of food and they also ask whether you’d like different eggs. Ambaro (i hope i’ve spelled that correctly) who was the lady at breakfast was so attentive and always made sure you had everything you need. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were warm - with heaters in, however we didn’t really need to use ours as we were on floor five! The lobby area is also comfortable and welcoming with tea available whenever you need. We were also able to store our luggage with no problems for 1 night while we visited the islands

Cons:

There were only two minor things: the wifi kept disconnecting us and wasn’t particularly good, and the shower tended to fluctuate in temperature, however it wasn’t the end of the world for us.

Pros:

Chambre propre et belle et chauffée, lits confortables, belle vue depuis la grande fenêtre, douche chaude et grande, c'est le luxe ! Et le buffet de petit déjeuner étai trop bien. J'aurais aimé rester plus longtemps !
