Comfortable and very well located
Pros:

Excellent central location, we had a lovely view over the basilica from our room on 4th floor. Restaurants very close by. Breakfast was adequate

Cons:

Wifi was very patchy. It was ok but don’t rely on it

A warm, welcoming property that ticked a lot of boxes ❤️
Pros:

We loved how clean it was. It felt very homey here and just like a comfortable hotel room (which can be hard to come by). We loved the breakfast: a great variety of food and they also ask whether you’d like different eggs. Ambaro (i hope i’ve spelled that correctly) who was the lady at breakfast was so attentive and always made sure you had everything you need. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were warm - with heaters in, however we didn’t really need to use ours as we were on floor five! The lobby area is also comfortable and welcoming with tea available whenever you need. We were also able to store our luggage with no problems for 1 night while we visited the islands

Cons:

There were only two minor things: the wifi kept disconnecting us and wasn’t particularly good, and the shower tended to fluctuate in temperature, however it wasn’t the end of the world for us.

Chambre propre et belle et chauffée, lits confortables, belle vue depuis la grande fenêtre, douche chaude et grande, c'est le luxe ! Et le buffet de petit déjeuner étai trop bien. J'aurais aimé rester plus longtemps !

Pros:

Good location. Great staff

Cons:

The door had a window above to the corridor where the lights were on for most of the night. Could not get the room dark. No pressure in the shower. Bathroom was not great. The heat wasn’t sufficient and we were cold all night. Not a good experience.

Pros:

La vista... Excelente vista.... Debo destacar por sobre manera la amabilidad de AMPARO, el que vea esto debería subirle el sueldo o calocarla de gerente. Me sentí tratado de la mejor manera

Pros:

The hotel’s location is excellent, and it offers very good value for money. One of the highlights of our stay was the balcony, which provided lovely views towards the cathedral and added to the charm of the experience. Considering its central setting and the amenities offered, we found it to be a good option overall.

Cons:

The hotel is, however, in need of refurbishment. The furniture is old and worn, and the bathroom fixtures show clear signs of age, with some visible damage. Although the room itself was clean, the condition of the furnishings and bathroom gave it a permanently tired appearance, which unfortunately made it feel less clean than it actually was.
