Fast alle Mitarbeiter:innen waren recht arrogant - wir wurden beispielsweise nie begrüßt beim Betreten der Lobby. Das ist schade, denn sonst ist das Hotel ok. Das Frühstück hat nicht unseren Geschmack getroffen. In einem 5 Sterne Hotel sind Pumpkannen für Wasser und Kaffee fehl am Platz.
