הייה פשוט נפלאה!

הייתה לנו שהייה נהדרת במלון, מהרגע שהגענו ועד שעזבנו. המלון היה נעים, נקי ומסודר, האווירה הייתה מקסימה והשירות היה פשוט יוצא מן הכלל. הרגשנו שממש אכפת לצוות שהאורחים ייהנו וירגישו בנוח.

הייתי רוצה לציין במיוחד שתי עובדות מקסימות שנתנו לנו שירות מעל ומעבר.
מרגריתה הייתה פשוט מדהימה — אדיבה, סבלנית, ותמיד עם חיוך. היא עזרה לנו בכל מה שהיינו צריכים וגרמה לנו להרגיש מאוד רצויים.

וגם עובדת נוספת, שלצערי אני לא זוכרת את שמה, הייתה מקסימה ושירותית מאוד. חשוב לי לציין גם אותה, כי היחס שקיבלנו ממנה היה חם, נעים ומקצועי, והיא בהחלט תרמה לחוויה הנהדרת שלנו.

בסופו של דבר, זה בדיוק מה שהופך מלון לטוב באמת — לא רק החדרים והמתקנים, אלא האנשים שנותנים את השירות מכל הלב. אין ספק שהצוות המקסים עשה לנו את השהייה הרבה יותר נעימה ומיוחדת.

תודה רבה על האירוח הנפלא! אין ספק שנשמח לחזור שוב ❤️
