Todo el hotel super limpio su anfitrión serafín muy amable y dispuesto a ayudarnos con todo los toures super bienos muy buena atención lo recomiendo 100%.

Sehr gut geeignet als Ausgangspunkt für die Dschungeltouren zum Amazonas
Pros:

Ein nettes, unkompliziertes Hotel mit freundlichen Personal. Die Lage ist optimal mitten in der Stadt, der Pool sehr schön groß. Wir hatten eine 3 tägige Dschungeltour gebucht und übernachteten dort davor und danach. Das Gepäck durften wir solange dort lassen. Vielen Dank!!

Pros:

La habitación limpia, la cama confortable, no habían insectos o animales en la habitación. La piscina pequeña pero agradable, cerca al aeropuerto en taxi (unos $ 20.000 pesos colombianos) los toures que ofrecen cumplieron con lo ofrecido. El secador de la habitación no funcionó pero nos facilitaron uno adicional.

Cons:

No había internet - WIFI en las habitaciones, y en las zonas comunes tienes que pedir un código en la recepción para activar por cierto tiempo. No había señal de datos de TIGO ni en las zonas comunes ni en la habitación.
