Cons:

Very disappointing – nothing like advertised

We strongly advise against staying at this hotel - this is not even a hotel it is a house with apartments!

The accommodation was completely different from what is advertised on Booking. The room was dirty and outdated, with visible dampness in the bathroom, damaged furniture, dirty walls, and filthy curtains. The overall condition was unacceptable.

We left the hotel within 20 minutes of arrival at night time because we did not feel comfortable staying there at all. Due to the poor conditions, staying overnight was not an option.

We contacted the property to request a refund for the paid accommodation, but they never replied. This level of service is unacceptable.

Photos attached show the real condition of the property.

Stay away from this hotel.

Boravak u hotelu je bio prijatan.
Pros:

Higijena odlična. Krevet udoban. Osoblje vrlo prijatno i ljubazno. Doručak veoma ukusan. Lokacija mirna, bez buke.

Cons:

Bilo bi još bolje da soba ima minibar.

Pros:

We stayed at this place for only one night, but we were impressed by how friendly the staff were when they welcomed us. The breakfast was tasty and satisfying. It was also very easy to walk from the hotel to the city center.

Место подходит для одноразовой ночевки, но цена по отношению к качеству кажется несколько завышенной.
Pros:

Вполне приемлемое место для ночевки перед ранним вылетом. Недалеко от аэропорта. Неплохой завтрак. Вежливый персонал.

Cons:

Несколько обшарпанный номер, который нуждается в косметическом ремонте. Неудобные подушки на кровати. Попросили вызвать утром обычное такси до аэропорта. Нам вызвали частника, который взял явно завышенную цену за очень близкую поездку до аэропорта. Спорить не стали, но было не очень приятно.

Pros:

I was thrilled. I was met at the airport after midnight and taken to the hotel. It was a very quiet and cozy place. The shower was great, and I was able to rest well after a long flight. The beds were incredibly comfortable. In the morning, they not only helped me with breakfast, but also helped me navigate the area, find a place to exchange money, called a taxi to the bus station, and even gave me some takeaway food. Everything was great, very friendly and kind people.
