Petit havre de paix - excellente cuisine - belle cave à vins
Personeel waren enorm dienstgericht. Paradijselijke ligging aan de baai, bijna alles klopte. Mijn eerste kamer had wat elektrische problemen en ze hebben mij zonder extra kosten verplaatst naar een suite. Geweldige service!
Het enige minpunt was de locatie. De omgeving is vooral een woonwijk met geen faciliteiten binnen loopafstand. Het betekende óf een taxi overal nemen, óf elke avond in het restaurant eten (dat deed ik, was geen straf). In de omgeving wandelen was niet fijn vanwege de hoeveelheid weeshonden die op straat rondliep.

Service is not really one of a 5 stars hotel, it was very slow and unprofessional in one istance with the cleaning crew.
Ich mag kleine persönliche Boutique - Hotels, und ich war schon das dritte Mal da... Das Flair und die geschmackvolle individuelle Einrichtung gefällt mir nach wie vor.
Das Werbefoto für die gebuchte Suite war irreführend, es gibt nur in einer Suite den gezeigten eigenen Pool auf der Terrasse. Stattdessen gab es nur einen kleinen Whirlpool... Die diesbzgl. Reklamation wurde nicht ernst genommen.
Das Essen ist gut, aber kaum Gemüse, Salate... In der eigentlich gemütlichen Bar wird nach 23 Uhr nicht mehr bedient... Sauna und das historische Schiff nicht in Betrieb.
Im mauritanischen Winter meist recht windig (dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts), eher selten Strand - Wetter...

It’s beautiful! Food is excellent and the place feels very relaxed, effortless cool!
We had a few gripes which we shared at the end of our stay with the very pleasant manager. It would be unfair to list here as the management told us how the relatively minor problems were being addressed. Definitely worth a stay.
