Nice place but needs care
Pros:

Perfect setting, lovely big suite with sea views

Cons:

Some furniture and fittings are stained and tired. My pillowcase was stained

Great stay
Pros:

We had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The hotel itself looks good and is generally well-maintained. The gym was well-equipped, although it tended to be quite busy most of the time.

Cons:

On the downside, the pool wasn’t open for guests, which was disappointing. The bathroom is quite small and could use some minor updates, and the bedroom felt a bit cramped.

Housekeeping on our floor seemed disorganised, with cleaning equipment often left in the corridor, which didn’t feel very safe.

Oldukça temiz ve kahvaltı seçenekleri çok iyiydi.

Cons:

2 ayrı yataklı oda rezervasyonu yaptığımız halde tek çift kişilik oda verildi. Talebimizi yineledik ancak odaları olmadığını ertesi gün verebileceklerini söylediler ki toplam 4 gece kaldık. Ertesi gün ise alt katta basık, küçücük 2 ayrı yataklı oda verdiler, diğer odalar için ise günlük oldukça yüksek bir ücret talep ettiler. Oysa ki birlikte gittiğimiz arkadaşlarımız bizimle aynı ücrete ve deniz manzaralı suit odada kalıyorlardı. Maalesef bu yaklaşım hiç hoşumuza gitmedi.
Konumu merkeze biraz uzak ama yürüyerek gidilebiliyor.
Ayrıca otelden ayrılırken fatura talep ettim, vermedikleri gibi bana booking tarafından gönderileceğini söylediler. Oysa ki konaklama tesisi fatura keser. Bu hep böyledir. Faturamı alabilmek için 10 gün uğraştım.

Ok hotel for a couples holiday!
Pros:

Good location, walking distance to Kos town. Although I didn’t realise the hotel was above a shop, so not aesthetically pleasing..Lots of restaurants on the way, facing opposite the beach. Rooms were modern and clean. Pool area was fine for sunbeds..plenty, as long as you get yourself down in the morning at a decent time. Staff were quite observant to ensure you’re not consuming food and drink that hasn’t been bought from the hotel bar etc..The Greek night held by the hotel was great fun😊 nice food and cocktails on the menu to order!
