Otelin temizliği, konforu ve kahvaltısı cok iyiydi. Odaları temizleyen Maria hanim cok yardımsever ve guleryuzluydu. Keşke resepsiyonda çalışanlar da biraz gulumseyebilse.

Cons:

Restoran çalışanları kabaydı, müşteriye arkasından bağırmak nedir? Bir şey söylemek istiyorsan yanına gelir kibar bir dille anlatırsın, bu tavır otele hiç yakışmıyor.

Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Kos
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff

Cons:

Only negatives for us were the pool towels. These were available via paying a deposit at reception which we had no issue with however they only allowed us to change these every two days and daily would be more preferable to us

It was gorgeous, very luxurious, staff were exceptional when we had a problem with the room it was swapped straight away and we were given a complimentary gift.

Great stay
Pros:

We had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The hotel itself looks good and is generally well-maintained. The gym was well-equipped, although it tended to be quite busy most of the time.

Cons:

On the downside, the pool wasn’t open for guests, which was disappointing. The bathroom is quite small and could use some minor updates, and the bedroom felt a bit cramped.

Housekeeping on our floor seemed disorganised, with cleaning equipment often left in the corridor, which didn’t feel very safe.
