The wait time before I checked in was very high. I am aware that the check in time is 2pm but no consideration was shown despite me and my husband reaching the hotel at 9.30am. We were given the room exactly at 2pm

Alles! Het is werkelijk een paradijsje! Geweldig mooi appartement. Schoon, heerlijke bedden, supervriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Het strand en restaurantjes op loopafstand.

Hotel super zlokalizowany - blisko plaży i sklepów, dwa spore baseny - dla dzieci i dorosłych, bar przy basenie, dostępny parking dla gości obiektu.

Cons:

Czystość obiektu na niskim poziomie. Ręczniki nie były dostępne na wymianę podczas ponad tygodniowego pobytu, wyposażenie aneksu kuchennego prawie zerowe - na 3 osobową rodzinę dostaliśmy aż dwa kubki i jeden kieliszek do drinka.

Le plus de notre séjour était le service de la restauration avec un personnel très aimable, vraiment au petit soin et avec des plats très sympathique dans la formule que nous avons choisie lors de notre réservation.

Accueil formidable par un charmant Monsieur, verre de jus de fruits bien frais et explications claires.
Ensuite j'ai aussi été très bien accueillie par Seira qui m'a bien aidé et donné de bons conseils, je la remercie 🙂🩷

L'appartement est très grand, propre, pratique avec frigo, micro-ondes, bouilloire et de l'eau, friandises et thé et café en arrivant, super! La terrasse est un plus.

Restaurant sur place, bar, piscine et transats, de quoi profiter 🙂
La plage à quelques minutes à pied avec restaurant/bar.
Plein de restaurants aux alentours et un service taxi à l'hôtel si besoin.

Ayant bénéficié d'une promotion sur les nuitées, très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Cons:

Un membre de l'équipe (technicien à casquette) qui faisait ses pauses sur une chaise en dessous de la fenêtre de la salle de bain et qui téléphonait avec le haut parleur dès 8h45. Énervant car il parlait très fort, c'est juste ça qui m'a dérangé..

Le studio que nous avons choisi était très grand.
L’accueil que nous avons eu était super.
Et la cadre de l’hôtel, le restaurant et le parking étaient supers.

Cons:

Le logement n’était pas propre à 100%, il y avait une boule de cheveux dans la douche et des cheveux sur la table basse.
Manque de luminosité le soir quand l’entrée de votre chambre se trouve à l’arrière ce qui concerne presque toutes les chambres sauf rez de chaussée.

Pros:

Location: 2 minutes' walk to the beach, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has a restaurant, AVA, which serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and a bar by the pool for drinks during the day. It is so convenient.

Cons:

Our room was on level one, no lift, not ideal when you have heavy luggage.
