Pool Bar
They didn't change the towels for the 5 days that we stayed, even I after I asked them to change, nothing happened.
Pros:
Very spacious apartment with a separate bedroom, living area, and kitchen – the size was definitely a big plus and very comfortable.
Cons:
Cleanliness was below expectations. The apartment, including the kitchen, was partly quite dirty and felt outdated, which affected our stay.
The terrace was not cleaned at all during our 12-day stay.
We understand this is a 3-star hotel, but a basic level of cleanliness should still be expected.
We were told towels would be changed every four days, but in our case it took seven days – and only after I actively approached a housekeeper. The reception did not respond to my request.

Special thanks to Sara, who was helpful and made it possible for us to check in earlier (around 11 a.m.), which we really appreciated after the long journey.

Spacious apartment, but clear room for improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, communication, and service
The apartment hotel is beautiful, the apartment has the basics in the kitchen, has a beautiful pool, a few mins walks to a beautiful beach. The reception guy was quite helpful and friendly, he also assisted us with new towels and bedsheets on day 4.
Don't book breakfast and dinner, the restaurant is not part of the hotel, breakfast is not buffet, you are given 2 eggs, with cubes of potato, and shavings of a salad, no bread, day 1 was 1 small piece of bacon, day 2 no bacon, just eggs and the potatoes with salad, was advised by the restaurant staff they are out of bacon, which was shocking.dinner was just a choice of fish or chicken, certain nights was beef and fish, no kiddies options for supper, standard meals, restaurant staff was also not friendly, was never available to take our drinks order, acted as if we where given free food for staying with the hotel, very horrible experience with the restaurant, rather eat at the many restaurants available around the hotel or go to the mall which is just a 10 mins drive, which has many options. No house keeping at the hotel, checked in on Thursday and checked out on a Tuesday, not once did anyone come to clean the apartment, got my self a broom from the mall to keep the apartment clean.

A személyzet nagyon kedves, segítőkész! Seira a recepción megérkezésünktől mindenben a segítségünkre volt. Itt is köszönjük lelkiismeretes munkáját! A szállodához közeli partszakasz a legjobb a szigeten! Bolt, éttermek a közelben, de ha gourmet minőségre vágysz akkor a Be cosyban egyél! Fantasztikus volt a félpanziós ellátás! Az étterem személyzete magasabb szintre emelte az ott tartozkodásunkat. Az apartmanok jól felszereltek, tágasak , nagyon tiszták, szobánként 1-1 klímával.
Mindennel maximálisan elégedettek voltunk, többet kaptunk mint amire számítottunk!
