Pros:

très bien situé à 2 minutes de la plage et de toutes commodités. La chambre , salle de bain, terrasses suffisamment grands.

Bon rapport qualité prix pour trou aux biches si l'on a la chance d'être au second sans vis à vis

espace du logement, étage élevé (2 éme) pour les 5 derniers jours de notre séjour

Cons:

A notre arrivée, nous avons été logés dans un appartement de plus petites dimensions que celles prévues avec une chambre en semi souplex, terrasse étouffante, en limite de l'immeuble, très bruyant car restaurant très fréquenté à qqs métres , odeurs de cuisine, et marteau piqueur au réveil car réfection du trottoir adjacent. Nous avons obtenu un changement d'hébergement dès le lendemain après midi, conforme au descriptif de la réservation en taille avec chambres aérées.

Personel çok ilgili ve nazik. Otel denize yakın ve büyük bir otoparkı var, bu konuda çok iyi. Odalar ve balkon oldukça geniş ve ferah. Bu otel tam bir fiyat performans oteli. Ayrıca mutfağının olması çok iyi

Odada bazı basit ve küçük tadilat isteyen bir kaç malzeme vardı fakat rahatsız edecek şeyler değildi.

Pros:

Lovely cosy place, room was perfect. Everything was clean. Staff were amazing and very accommodating. Loved that it was close to many shops that were walking distance as well as opposite the beach. We had an amazing time and definitely will be back soon.

Cons:

There wasn't always a bar man at the bar by the pool.

Be careful, this hotel will make you pay 100 EURO for deposit and not return it.
Pros:

They took EUR 100 WHEN WE CHECK IN ON THE 19 JANUARY. Today the 26 January when we checked out, they said they have refunded us. But instead they went and took another EUR 100 from my account 😡 I have email, also send a WhatsApp message . My WhatsApp message was read and no reply.

Très agréable mais avec un démarrage laborieux!
Pros:

Proximité de la plage. Très bonne piscine. Bon restaurant. Belle musique d’ambiance! Très beau jardin avec plein d’oiseaux! L’appartement était très spacieux .

Cons:

Malgré la gentillesse de la réceptionniste qui nous a aidé, l’hôtel n’avait personne pour monter les valises au deuxième étage!Le wifi n’apas fonctionné les deux premiers jours. Le lavabo était presque bouché!

The cleanliness was terrible; trash remained around the pool and showers from the day we arrived until the day we left. Room cleaning was not done properly, and sheets and towels were only changed after we reminded them.

A clean and affordable hotel in a great location
Pros:

The location is very good. Very close to the beach. We liked the Troux Beach beach very much. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. We came with our vehicle, it had a free, covered, secure parking lot. We were very satisfied.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't like.

Bien dans l'ensemble
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal, le restaurant bénéficie d’une équipe chaleureuse et attentionnée, avec un barman, Shuban, particulièrement bienveillant.
La cour extérieure est, quant à elle, parfaitement entretenue.

Cons:

L’odeur mérite une amélioration au niveau de l’assainissement, car elle était parfois assez présente. Le lit, quant à lui, craque fortement et le matelas manque de confort.

Cons:

Hotel vieux avec un parking où l'on retrouve des boites de dératisation dans lesquelles les rats sont collés au dessus.
Pour la réception, aucun panneau indique que c'est une réception. Nous sommes dans le flou total.L'accueil n'est pas chaleureuse, les hôtes ne sont pas compétent( aucune communication, pas de formule de politesse, bonjour inexistant).
Pour le petit dejeuner et le diner, il n'y a pas de formule comprise( demi pension ou diner compris) , les cocktails ne sont pas à la hauteur de ce qui est servi. Cocktail mal fait.
Concernant la chambre, la propreté est à revoir, ménage fait suscintement, le lit n'est pas conforme,et grince, on a l'impression de cela va se casser. Dernier point, la chambre sentait les égoûts, odeur qui remonte sans arrêt, nous sommes obligés de mettre dans la chambre de la climatisation et du parfum que cela soit estompé.
Je ne recommande pas cette hotel.
Hotel qui ne correspond aux attentes et aux rapport qualité /prix.
