Ten buvo mygtujas pay now, kas man atridė logiška, jog booking tik rezervavo kambarį be pinigų nuskaitymo. Jau registracijos į viešbutį metu kilo dar daugiau nesusipratimų. Neveikė kambario kortelių generavimas, tai sutikau daugiau klientų frustracijoj. Gerai, kad mane pasitiko vietinis bičiulis, kuris ura austras, tai duotu tel nr užregistravo į kambarius ir mane, ir kitus. Good room, but noise, cleanliness issues and confusing check-in

The room was very well equipped, tidy, and finished to a very good standard. The bathroom was spacious, and the location is practical, close to the main train station.

Cons:

My room was very noisy, with vibrations and constant noise, and I was not able to rest properly in the morning. The main reason was that my room was number 102, the first room near the entrance, which did not help with noise insulation. The toilet had fecal residue when I arrived, which was very unpleasant. In addition, the self check-in was confusing, as the instructions were not clear and it was not obvious that the door had to be opened using a link provided by a web page. I also did not like that I received no follow-up or response to my email, in which I explained these issues, suggested points for improvement, and expected some form of compensation. However, I would like to note that the bathroom was properly disinfected the following day, and I appreciated the service provided then.

Zimmer war am Boden leider nicht ausreichend sauber und auch nicht im Schrank!

Dass man mir auf Anfrage ein früheres Check-in ermöglichte und ein Doppelbett mit nur einer Matratze und nicht zwei!

Cons:

Kommunikation am Anfang und auf die Anfrage langsam oder teilweise nicht reagiert.
Zimmer war nicht ausreichend bzw. nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Boden hatte Krümmel und Steinchen und Staub.
Schlecht staubgesaugt! Zimmer war auch viel kleiner als in der Angabe von 22m² !
