Die Lage, sauber, nettes Personal, Aufzug.
Leider fanden nachts Straßenarbeiten statt, die laut waren. Man konnte nicht lüften, sondern nur eine Klimaanlage bedienen, deren Bedienung aber auch nicht klar war.
Liked the young lady who was at the reception on the day we checked in. She had a smiling, always ready to help attitude. The room was also great, well kept and clean. We would always recommend Plaza Inn to everyone travelling to Salzburg.
Nothing much to tell about anything which we disliked. If I had to tell, I would say the lift. It was small, crampy and the old fashioned type.
La camera era molto curata e silenziosa perché dava su un cortile interno. Un letto veramente comodo e un bel bagno. Era dotata di frigo e bollitore con filtri del tè e tisane.
Excelente, cómoda habitación, en 4piso hacia patio interior, bu bien aislada, personal alegre y con buen servicio, nunca faltó un dulce o chocolate en la recepción, ubicación excelente

Zimmer hofseitig war nicht schlecht mit schönem Blick auf Salzburg, Bad schön groß, Zimmer sonst etwas dunkel
Vor dem Hotel wird in der Nacht die Strasse aufgerissen und neu geteert (Bauarbeiten von 2100 - 0500, die Stadt Salzburg ersucht die Lärmbelästigung zu entschuldigen). Das ist mit ziemlichem Lärm verbunden. Die Dame an der Rezeption wollte uns ein strassenseitiges Zimme unterjubeln und hätte uns dazu eine Packung offener Ohrenstöpsel gegeben. Erst nach massiver Beschwerde in Kombination mit der Drohung das Zimmer zurückzugeben bekamen wir auf ein ruhigeres hofseitiges Zimmer. Ich habe das als ziemlich frech und respektlos empfunden. Halten die mich für einen Idioten?

Das Bad war neu und großzügig
Das Zimmer war sehr klein, man konnte kaum am am Bett vorbei gehen. Das Hotel liegt an einer Hauptverkehrsstrasse, das Fenster kann nicht offen gelassen werden. Die Klimaanlage ging nachts ab und zu aus und es war sehr warm
It was close to the station and not far from the old town and sightseeing locations.
The room had no towels when we arrived and the receptionist insisted they were in the wardrobe- they weren’t. There was no shower gel. On the second day our cups had not been washed and coffee/tea etc not replaced and only one towel was left. We went to reception which was meant to be manned until 10pm but by 8.30pm it was all locked up. Finally there were major roadworks outside the hotel and the road was closed. At 3am the road directly under our room was being scraped away by a huge machine. We know the hotel can’t prevent this but there was a notice in the hotel lift about the roadworks and we felt it would have been courteous to have let us know when we booked as we hardly got any sleep.
