Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war absolut in Ordnung.
Pros:

Toller Meerblick vom Zimmer/Balkon.
Kleiner Sandstrand direkt vor der Tür.
Nicht so weit vom Flughafen entfernt.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück hätte ich mir mehr Frisches (Obst, Gemüse) gewünscht. Das Teewasser war nur mäßig warm.

Moderate price, sea view
Pros:

Located in 30 minutes from the airport by bus. Bus stops are 50 m from the hotel. There are couple of restaurants and supermarkets in 2 minutes walk. The Pretty Bay sand beach right away (which is a huge advantage as most of the seacoast in Malta is stone). You can borrow a shabby beach towel for a 10 euros deposit.
Great view - 90% of the rooms face the sea, so you will not be disappointed.
Very approachable personal - always friendly, ready to help and advice.
The breakfast generally is good. My favourite were croissants and scrambled eggs with fried bacon. The rest - cold cuts, grains, juices - are average.
Bathroom is nice with a hot water and good flow.
And, finally, good price. I reckon it worth its money.

Cons:

The cargo sea port works 24/7 and creates noise.
Breakfast menu is the same every single day. I stayed for a week and was bored with the same dishes. Some of the meals were not fresh, like fried sausages (I expected them to be thrown to dogs on the third day, but they continued to arrived every morning), and fresh oranges, some of which were rotten. As soon as my breakfast was included to the moderate hotel fee, it's fine. But if I had to buy it for 10 euros each morning, I would rather spend it in the nearby cafeteria.
Although bathroom towels were changed every day, they didn't feel fresh. I presume they just ironed my towels and hang them back. But I suppose if they were asked to literally change towels, they would do.

La camera era bella e pulita

Cons:

Staff per niente accogliente, manco salutavano, staff del ristorante incluso, manutenzione che martellava per due giorni nella stanza accanto, ci hanno messo 5 giorni per cambiare una lampadina nel corridoio dopo che ho segnalato il primo giorno che era buio davanti alla mia porta e avevo paura. l'unica che si salva e la dipendente che puliva le stanze, che è stata accogliente, gentile.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Beds were comfortable, it was spacious, nice view, on the beach, lots of restaurants around, easy to find a parking spot on the street, short drive to the airport. There was a kettle with tea & coffee and a mini fridge. Staff were very friendly. Nice to be able to use a beach towel. Very clean, and quiet with the doors closed.

Cons:

It is right next to the harbour, with accompanying noise and fumes, so having the balcony door open was not an option. Luckily there was aircon (although I didn't need it) and the noise insulation was sufficient.

Very good hotel in Birzebbuga
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and at a great location. The personnel was perfect. When my wife was a bit sick for a couple of days, the personnel was more than helpful.

Very good for this price
Pros:

Very nice hotel, good view to the sea, very close to the sandy beach. Breakfast was very good with large variety. Good staff. Good restaurants nearby.

Cons:

There are some noise coming from the shipyard, however which is worse is the noise of the elevator. Every time it started to move and stopped it made a pretty annoying sound that could clearly be heard from the room.
