Wir waren mit unserer Urlaubswoche sehr zufrieden und haben unsereb Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Definitiv weiterzuempfehle
Pros:

Das Resort ist super ausgestattet und wunderschön gestaltet. Das Essen war Vielfältig und immer lecker. Das Personal war sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Leider war für unseren Geschmack unsere Matratze zu weich und das Bett hat ziemlich geknarzt.
Leider war das Meer vor dem Hotel nicht wirklich zum Schnorcheln geeignet.

Exceptionally good stay and you will be looked after and there is plenty to do!
Pros:

Simply outstanding for our honeymoon. It took us a little while to adjust from an ultimately luxurious stay in flic en flac the week before. We were pleasantly pleased to see plenty of opportunities - snorkelling (we had the fortune of spotting a giant turtle), sunset cruise (great fun), padel, pickleball and many other activities. We adored the food, so much variations in the all-inclusive package - the gala night on weds is a must go! There are other smaller restaurants within the hotel that are worth going but booking is essential. The staff is incredibly friendly and a special mention goes to Tina the chef who gave us extra attention to make our stay as enjoyable as possible, particularly the lobster menu! The drinks, free from the all inclusive package were amazing, non stop flowing from morning to 11pm. We hired a car and there are plenty of excursions out there - the botanical garden and sugar cane museum are definitely worth going.

Cons:

The shower in our room is a bit temperamental. Pickleball court need some tidying up at the back (full of bushes!). Minor issues really!

Eine wunderschöne Poolanlage mit verschiedenen Bereichen, tolle und aufmerksame Mitarbeitende die Probleme schon sehen und etwas unternehmen bevor es stört. Aussergewöhnliches Essen- und Frühstückbuffet.

Cons:

Das Hotel kann sich weiter verbessern in dem Duschköpfe und Zimmer noch besser gepflegt werden. In der Hotelanlage kann man die Umgebung weiter verbessern.

Tolles, authentisches Hotel im Norden
Pros:

Modernes Hotel mit vielen Möglichkeiten. 5 verschiedene Restaurants, mehrere Bars, alles sehr authentisch und persönlich. Das Fischrestaurant und das Strandrestaurant waren der Hammer. Die mauritianische /kreolische Küche war toll. Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Whirlpool, was wirklich toll war. Kostenloser Schnorcheltrip täglich möglich. Wir kommen wieder….

Cons:

Etwas Abseits im Norden, mit einem Mietwagen für uns aber kein Problem.

Zalige vakantie in hotel Lagoon Attitude.
Pros:

Prachtig hotel aan een lagune in het noorden van Mauritius. Verschillende bars en restaurants met verschillende specialiteiten. Het personeel was super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers heel proper en comfortabel. Zalige douche! Het ontbijt is heel uitgebreid en de maaltijden zeer verzorgd. Je kan alles krijgen wat je je maar kunt wensen. Ook de activiteiten zijn super. Alles werd gedaan om ons te verwennen en ons een zalig vakantiegevoel te geven!

Cons:

Een plannetje om de weg te vinden in het hotel hebben we wel gemist. Vooral in het begin.

Not recommended for those who want peace
Pros:

The rooms are fine, the food ok

Cons:

I had high expectations for Mauritius and this hotel.

I have been to 75 countries, but I can't remember being so dissatisfied as in this case.

Firstly; the noise level of the entertainment for those with rooms near the beach is so loud that it was necessary to leave the room in the afternoon/evening.

Secondly, stray dogs barked throughout the night and wandered around the hotel at all hours of the day.

Thirdly; having to ask the reception for toilet paper refills five times at the same day is unnecessary.

Fourthly; it was repeatedly difficult to get a cup of coffee during the morning/evening buffet service. However, after the second or third attempt to order, we got some.

The second day I wrote this to the administration;

Dear Sirs,

Checked in at room number 703 yesterday. The room is fine, but we find the music from the pool area during the afternoon/evening quite disturbing. Is there any other seafront apartment available further away from the entertainment area?

I still have not received any response.
At checkout, the reception claimed that the wrong email address was used, but the email address was found on the hotel's website.

Needless to say, I will not recommend the hotel or ever return.

Le personnel est au top, spécialement Mr RAJA, compétent, à l'écoute et trouve des solutions appropriés et voire même plus pour que les clients soient satisfaits de leur séjour. En prime il nous a offert une bouteille de champagne pour les désagréments causés dans notre 1ère chambre. Encore mille mercis

Pros:

L'accueil du personnel est incroyable, une mention spéciale à Begum la femme de chambre qui s'occupait de notre étage. Tous les jours une attention spéciale avec une petite déco faite maison 🌸.
Les repas délicieux, les équipements de l'hôtel avec ses différents restaurants, ses 3 piscines, ses différents espaces en bord de plage, la superbe décoration dans tout l'hôtel. Les prestations proposées, sortie en mer, etc...
On recommande +++

A wonderful holiday on a beautiful and interesting island.
Pros:

A wonderful hotel with excellent facilities. Fabulous food and lovely staff. Three lovely pools and a private beach. We had a wonderful holiday.

Cons:

Difficult to fault the actual hotel. The only thing we would have liked was somewhere to walk to in the evenings. However it didn’t detract from a wonderful holiday and it’s just the geography of the island.

Nice hotel, but didn't quite meet expectations.
Pros:

Nice grounds and nicely landscaped. Great cocktails.

Cons:

All the stray dogs wandering about the property. Wasn't that impressed with buffet food (variety & quality not so good as 2 years ago on last visit).

Wir hatten ein Zimmer für Paare mit Aussicht auf den Innenhof.
Das Zimmer war abgewohnt und stank stark nach Urin. Als „Abhilfe“ wurde Raumspray gesprüht und ein Trocknungsgerät eingesetzt (das dann auch noch laut war) - beides half nicht.
Das Problem hatten auch andere Gäste.
Allerdings betrifft es nicht alle Zimmer- es scheint ein Glücksspiel zu sein…
Der Strand war voller Seegras und wurde nicht gereinigt.
Die A La Carte Restaurants (bis auf das mauritianische) waren bereits am Tag unsere Ankunft für die Dauer unseres Aufenthalts ausgebucht.

Pros:

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und das Personal wirklich sehr sehr nett. Es gibt sehr viele vegane und 100% korrekt ausgezeichnete/ausgeschilderte vegane Optionen, was auf Mauritius auch in den sehr großen Resorts sehr schwierig ist (oft wird vegetarisch mit vegan verwechselt und es gibt sehr wenig). Hier hab es viel Auswahl und auch bei All Inclusive auf Wunsch speziell zubereitete Gerichte.

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist nicht wirklich dem Preis entsprechend. Das Bad war naja und es roch feucht/schimmelig/modrig. Die Klima muss laufen auf "dry" und das ständig, da sonst das Bett sehr nass und feucht wird. Das Zimmer mit "Gartenblick" ist nicht wirklich ein Garten, die Hängematte ist so la la also alles in allem eher nicht wirklich den Fotos entsprechend.
Die Drinks sind ehrlich gesagt nicht gut. Sie schmecken jedes Mal anders.

Pros:

Mükemmel bir tatil köyü, çalışanlar çok kibar, saygılı ve yardımsever, deniz biraz balçık ve yosunlu ama Mauritius plajları hep öyle, dolayısıyla denize girmek için çok hevesli olmayın. Tesiste 3 adet havuz var güneşlenme olanakları mükemmel. Kahvaltı ve yemek açık büfe tarzında ve çok lezzetli.Deniz bisikleti, kano ve altı cam tekne ile gezinti ücretsiz. Cam tekne gezisi için mutlaka rezervasyon yaptırın. Mauritius a gelmeyi düşünenler için kesinlikle tavsiye edeceğim bir tesis.
