Actually this is an excellent hotel located in the diplomatic area so less noise and less traffic.

Room 509 has a window with view on the wall of a close proximity building (3 feet apart) so no view at all. Would have preferred room on front of hotel to get a much better view of the surrounding

We felt safe at this hotel . Food was excellent . Transportation was available any time needed at a reasonable price.
There was no mention from Expedia or the hotel that I needed a copy of my passport. They would not let me in until I could provide a copy. Along with that, the A/C unit blew directly on to the bed. This meant I either slept with cold air blowing on me or the room was too hot and humid.
The staff make this property shine. Sonya and Tui (spelling?) greet you in the morning for breakfast with a smile, and take the time to remember your preferences and chat about your upcoming day. All of the staff were friendly and warm, making a business traveler feel more at home.
