Fantastic stay
Pros:

Such a beautiful setting with lovely staff in a secure location. Breakfast was fabulous and included soup and fresh fruit. :)

El lugar es muy lindo, cómodo, a 15 mins de Villa de Leyva. Hermoso. El servicio (desayuno, etc) es MUY regular. No volvería por eso.

great quaint hotel
Pros:

It’s a really quaint hotel in a colonial house with nice rooms. We stayed in one of the smaller ones but heard some have a fire place. Service is amazing they are all very nice. Breakfast is great! Close to Villa de Leyva to go for day trips but far enough to not have to deal with all the noise and craziness of the town.

Pros:

Beautifully decorated property with walkable roads that provide views of the countryside. Very accommodating staff. When the staff is unable to provide transportation to town, Ruby, the cab driver is fantastic!

Muy buena opción para Villa de Leyva. Algunos temas de limpieza por corregir pero en general muy bueno. En cuanto a limpieza se debe a que para cargar el celular se debe mover la cama y en ese lugar está muy sucio y a pesar de dejar las camas corridas para que se corrigiera no se limpio esa parte y sólo se movieron las camas a su lugar nuevamente y se tendieron y al volver a cargar el celular se encontró sucio nuevamente el piso.

Casona San Nicolás is a beautiful property, beautiful views of mountains. Rooms are very nicely decorated. Check in was very easy even though we showed up late due to bus making so many stops from Bogota. Definitely take a direct route of libertadores bus service. Transportation was my main issue with hotel location. NO taxi service after 10pm, and the property is about 20 minutes by car from city center easily over a 80 minute walk. So that is a major issue if you have not rented a car.

Magical place
Pros:

It's a very nice place, people are so kind, the view is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is delicious, it's like tobe transportated to another dimension, we really enjoy our stay there, of course we'll stay again there, it's magical... And we won't forget Rigoberto, the lovely dog that is always looking to play with everyone!

Estadia Casona San Nicolas
Pros:

Nuestra estadia fue maravillosa ya que el hotel es campestre y cuenta con todas las comodidades que se necesiten. Tiene prados con flores y un hermoso perro muy jugueton. El desayuno muy completo y de muy buen sabor y presentación. Las personas que nos atendieron muy formales. Un poco incomoda la llegada porque esta retirada del casco urbano y la ubicación es compleja.
