Nice and interesting place to stay. Near good restaurants.

Nice room and nice breakfast.

Très bel hôtel et très bien situé près de la rue avec les petits commerces et les restaurants.

Très bon service et l’hôtel est très propre. Le déjeuner était très bien également.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans cet établissement et nous le recommandons à tous.

We made the reservation and paid on line and when we arrived they dint give us the room they said they count find our reservation .With our reservation number .The person at the front desk called us layers because he dint know how to look for the reservation .We want it to talk to the manager or someone that could find our reservation in their system, but there was no such .The location is in not in a safe place .And we end up having to book a different place .In short ,They kept our money ,No room .Terrible experience

Breakfast has cereal, milk, yogurt, fruits, etc. Of course, coffee and teas. I like all of them. The room is clean. Staffs are very friendly and can speak a little English. The how water in the shower depends on when you taking the shower. The water is hot in the afternoon or in the morning, but not hot in late night. It is close to the plazas.

Nous avons bien été accueilli à notre arrivée par le personnel de l'hotel. Un employé a apporté nos valises dans notre chambre et la réceptionniste nous à offert une tasse de thé. Comme nous étions fatigués nous avons pu profiter de la pizzeria qui se trouve au-dessous de l'hôtel pour manger le premier jour. Bel hôtel pour le prix.

The staff was friendly. The room was comfortable. Same day laundry service, free wifi, airport transfers, and daily breakfast were all nice things to have.

We really enjoyed it, the hotel is only new so they are still doing works on it in the mornings which can be loud. But the staff are great and a massive help, some of them speak great English and there is a nice pizza restaurant connected to it and you can order directly from reception. The wifi dropped out one or twice during our the day stay but the rest of the time or was a very strong and reliable connection. Bed was great and shower always hot. Would definitely recommend.

Not really a 3 star hotel, definitely a great hostel. Service is great! Staff willing to help. They tried to feed us breakfast even though we were leaving at 5 am

Estuvimos una noche en este hotel y la verdad nos sentimos supercomodos, desde la bienvenida hasta la hs de irnos que tuvimos que esperar hasta la noche para la hs que salia nuestro bus, y nos quedamos en el lobby del hotel, teniamos agua caliente para hacernos algun te, cafe, television , los sillones son comodos para la espera y ellos nos reservaron el taxi que nos llevaria a la terminal. Esta a un par de cuadras de la plaza de armas y en el camino se encuentran todos los restaurantes. Muy recomendable.

This place is very basic but great for a short stay in puno. It's in a good location, close to the plaza de armas and lots of restaurants. The staff was friendly and spoke good English

My husband and I really liked this place. It is right on the center of town, super nice front desk ladies and super accommodating, rooms were clean, hot showers! the rooms was warm as they provided individual heaters and the room also had a floor to ceiling window. At this price range $30 we got everything that we needed and more. Would stay here again.

Decent hotel but the room was very cold. Granted, it was winter, but one expects to be warm inside the hotel room. Not so, here. Luckily, the shower warmed up after a while. Limited plug outlets. Breakfast is somewhat simple, but fine.

Nice enough hotel. Close to the main avenue. However, when we got in our room our bathroom was a mess. The hotel prvides a lot of blankets, but if you want a heater you will have to pay extra. The hotel staff was nice.

Overall, liked the stay here.
Pros:
1. Modern room - good view of the city and the lake, large windows, not too cold in the night
2. 24 hrs hot water - though it is only lukewarm in the morning, when everyone is using it - pays to be the early bird (or a fairly late one)
3. Decent breakfast - filling, good vegetarian choices. But gets over fast. Again, it pays to be the early bird
4. Helpful staff - we were able to get tour bookings, cab bookings, collectivos, all by just asking the desk staff
5. Same day wash and fold laundry service at 6 soles per kg

Cons:
1. No elevators. Try getting a room on the 4th floor (like we did) and then climbing up and down at Puno's 4000m altitude! Cardio workout time
2. In-room TVs have only Spanish cable channels, and the video quality is quite poor
3. After seeing the average price levels of Peru in general and Puno in particular, we are very sure we overpayed at 30 greenbacks a night. It might have been a better strategy to shop around and get an equal quality room for perhaps 30 soles a night or less.
4. Our room had 2 double beds, and we would have appreciated if they could have removed the extra bed and given us the space.

If I had to go again - would stay here again, but not at the rate I paid. I believe about half of what I paid would have been the right price for Puno.
