Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at the Six Seasons Hotel in Dhaka. From the moment I arrived, the team was welcoming and professional, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was comfortable and well maintained.

There was a small issue at the beginning of my stay, but Mr. Mizan and his team handled it extremely well. Mr. Mizan resolved the matter very quickly and efficiently, and the way he followed up made me feel genuinely cared for as a guest. Thanks to his support, the rest of my stay was smooth and very enjoyable.

I really appreciated the high level of service and the attention to guest satisfaction. I would happily recommend Six Seasons Hotel and would definitely stay again.

staffs are nice but the facility isn't that great and I dont think it should rated as 5* hotel

The breakfast was very good and full fill my expectation . they important lots of products bread from abroad which was excellent

its to congested , found mosquito in the room and there isnt any parking facility but in the advert I suppose to get free parking . paid parking available with limitation

Six Seasons may be one of the older hotels, but their hospitality truly stands out. The warmth, professionalism, and efficiency of the staff made my stay very comfortable. One of the best stays we’ve ever had ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
From the very beginning, the staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive and always willing to help. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made the experience even more special. Everyone was consistently welcoming, in great spirits and genuinely focused on making our stay perfect.
The hotel is spotlessly clean, very well located, and incredibly comfortable throughout. The swimming pool is amazing, ideal for spending a relaxing afternoon (as we did), and the restaurants are excellent, offering great quality and variety.
We also requested a late checkout and had absolutely no issues.
Highly recommended. A true five-star experience in every sense. A special thank you to Tuli Roy, the guest relation officer, who was absolutely brilliant with us and truly made our stay unforgettable - and for the Concierge, always there to help us too!

My stay at Six Seasons Hotel was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. Every single person I interacted with was incredibly kind, smiling, and genuinely caring, which made me feel very welcome throughout my stay.

A special thank you to Tuli at reception, who was wonderful and addressed all my needs with speed and proficiency, as well as the housekeeping team — they always greeted me warmly and even gave me extra chocolates whenever we met in the corridor, which was such a lovely and thoughtful touch.

The restaurant was fantastic, the spa was very relaxing, and the location is excellent. What truly made this hotel stand out, however, was the friendliness, professionalism, and helpfulness of the staff. Their warmth and attention to detail genuinely made my stay the highlight of my trip to Bangladesh.

I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dhaka.
