The location is central. Easy to reach many places. Rooms are good and clean. Breakfast has a good variety. The housekeeping staff Rashedul does a good job and the lady from breakfast live station.

Hotel Sarina at its best service

The service is fantastic and the stay is really good and enjoyable. All facilities are nice with good ambience. Mr. Shakil and Rashedul made the service comfortable every day while in my stay. Good Hotel Even Better F&B Department!

I have been a guest at Sarina Hotel (Dhaka) ever since 2009, and it continues to hold a special place for me. Over the years, the hotel has consistently upheld high standards while maintaining a warm, welcoming, and familiar atmosphere on each visit.

During my most recent stay, I was once again impressed. The buffet was a particular highlight, offering an excellent selection with outstanding quality and presentation. It is evident that considerable care and attention are given to the dining experience, which significantly enhanced my stay.

I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation to Irin from the Food & Beverage department. She demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout — consistently attentive, courteous, and proactive in ensuring all my needs were met. Her dedication and service greatly contributed to the overall quality of my experience, and she is undoubtedly a valuable member of the team. The downside is the prices have become more expensive and the portion size has decreased.

There was, however, one unfortunate incident during my stay, as I became temporarily stuck in the lift on the 11th floor. While I appreciate that such situations can occasionally occur, I trust that appropriate measures will be taken to minimise the likelihood of this happening in the future.

Overall, despite this isolated issue, my experience remained highly positive. The staff — particularly Irin — ensured that I felt well cared for, which is a key reason for my continued loyalty to the hotel. I look forward to returning to Sarina Dhaka in the future.
