Pros:

Very comfortable to stay. Nice outdoor pool and very cleanness room and lobby. Well behaved of all support staff.

Cons:

Location is not peacefull. Too noisy outside of the hotel.

• In camera, la maggior parte degli interruttori e delle prese elettriche non era funzionante, compromettendo l’utilizzo normale degli spazi.
• L’ambiente presentava una generale sensazione di scarsa pulizia e manutenzione.
• La camera assegnata, per fumatori, risultava priva di una reale finestra o adeguato ricambio d’aria, rendendola poco vivibile.
• Il servizio in camera è stato estremamente inefficiente: tempi di attesa molto lunghi e cibo sistematicamente servito freddo.
• La colazione si è rivelata limitata e non in linea con quanto ci si aspetta da una struttura della vostra categoria.
• L’atteggiamento di gran parte dello staff è apparso poco professionale e poco orientato al cliente.
