FARS Hotel & Resorts

Other than the rooms needing a fresh coat of paint my five night stay at Fars was faultless. Super clean room, comfortable bed and delicious food. Best of all, amazing staff, from driveway, through to security, front desk, housekeeping and restaurant. Thank you all for making my first-time stay in Dhaka a complete pleasure.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and I have to say it was more than good. The staff both of the hotel and the restaurants were exceptional. The quality of the food ( also the breakfast) was excellent.
If you go to Dhaka, thus is the place to go to!!

Best hospitality, great food, nice and helpful staff, safe area and best service i have never seen it. Bangladesh people are very hosting and friendly people. Indeed, the best service i have received is Scatt the resistance hotel. 100% recommended Best of luck the owner!

Superb excellent nice homely tasty food. good location. All is well and staff service is also very nice n coprative. Pool is perfect rooftop good for relax . Gym excellent and many more.

We had a very good stay at FARS Hotel & Resorts.

On the first day, our room had a slight smell. But the hotel management fixed it quickly — they apologized and moved us to a new room right away. We appreciated how well they handled it.

Some parts of the hotel are a bit old and under renovation, but this didn’t bother us much. The staff’s service was truly excellent: friendly, helpful, and always paying attention to guests’ needs.

The views from the rooftop restaurant and pool were beautiful, especially at night. We also want to specially thank Saiful Islam Babu, our server at the Sky Deck restaurant. He was warm, thoughtful, and took great care of us for all three nights we dined there. He made our evenings special.

Overall, even with minor fixes needed, the quick problem-solving and kind staff made our stay wonderful. We happily recommend this hotel!

Your swimming pool is excellent!
The water is so comfortable!
Gym is excellent.
Room is average.
Too small for a super delux
Room Service is ok.
Breakfast was below average.
I've to ask for nut's,breads,chees.
The rules is till your ending time It's 10.30am, so all foods have to be full filled. Why should i ask for foods?
Into spoon some hair was stuck.
These things must be clean.
I saw it.i told him to remove,but if any foreigner saw these things they will think bad about my country.
You are represents Bangladesh.
So be more carefull.
In live kitchen Tuli made my egg's as perfect as you get.
Special thanks to front desk.
They specially Badal,Anisa & Fatema is so helpful & supportive.
Their behavior is so good, best part of your hotel.
Bar is not for all.
I stay here just one of your bouncer Rashed requested me to stay just for one night.
It's a mixed experience.
Hopefully next time i will & can compliment more.

Their rooms are little bit old. Not so modern and pool was under maintenance. They should work on their rooms and modernize it. But their service was soooo good. Staff behaviour was so good i must say. They all are very nice. Specially Ms. Anisa. She's very nice, polite,well mannered and very helpful. She suggested so many places,Guided us, and helped us so many times during our stay. She definitely deserves a promotion for her work. Good luck girl. I'll highly recommended this hotel.

Room is excellent. I appreciate the cleanliness of the toilet. I was in room number 1104. Sufficient drinking water received per day, with a welcome fruit basket and complimentary tea/caffe.
Restaurant and food quality awesome.
Staff efficiency nice, very polite and humble manners.

Very friendly with the staff people. On Eid spl we have lots of fun, treats games etc very nice to stay and all the facilities are amazing food is very good . All the staff Tanu, ŤÄMÏM, Niyamul ,PD, Abdullah all co operated a lot with me even chefs are very nice to us

Great staff especially Amol and team at breakfast on the 6th floor. They remembered our order each morning and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy.
Comfortable rooms and restaurant food was good.
Wife worked very well.
Great location for exploring the city

Swimming pool could have been a little cleaner but perhaps there were less staff around during Eid period.

Just love the buffet morning breakfast the best so far in Dhaka rooms a big spacious hotel staff is helpful and polite and value for money they have a nice 1 st entertainment floor with a lavish bar and the best thing they did was made the entrance separate from the main hotel lobby so I saved up over crowding of the lobby visiting the bad a good move

Best services from the staff specially room services staff & receptionist Anisa. Thanks for the warm hospitality. However, there should be improvement for food quality. Overall good, just there was a noisy renovation sounds while it was afternoon time. Recommend hotel to stay!
