Shifted my hotel next day.
Pros:

It wasn't up to the mark according to the rent they have charged.

Cons:

Room cleanliness. Lot of old stuffs. No parking.

Dreck, dreck und noch mal dreck!!!!! möchte ich nur ein Übernachtung nach dem langen Flug. Gott sei dank nur ein Tag! voll Moskitos und selbstverständlich kein Moskitos netz...... Nie wieder!!!!!

You get what you pay for.
Pros:

You get what you pay for. In my case I paid for the location very close to the location of my business meeting. The place is more a guest house than hotel. I might stay there again, but not only because of the location relative my business. The only real disappointment was the breakfast. If you are used to western type breakfast then ther is a Caffee next doors that might be worth visiting. The hotel is friendly and safe though, so if you need a bed in the area but don't plan to hang around in the hotel, then give it a try.
