Ottimo soggiorno
Pros:

Tutto.... appartamento comodo un po' retrò ma abbastanza pulito.. Colazione buona e staff sempre sorridente e gentile....Aria condizionata funzionante...Parcheggio in strada super facile da trovare,vicino al porto e Kos Town...mi è piaciuto tutto...

Nn ho nulla di negativo....

Location, breakfast and the staff were great.

You can hear your neighbors well. They were not loud but you could hear them easily

Not a 4 star hotel, though the staff is lovely and the location very conventient.
Pros:

As previous reviews stated, the hotel is very dated and desperately needs an upgrade.
Beds are super hard, bathroom is plain awful.
To shower you have to climb a tiny tub which is a slippery slope.
Even though they come and clean regularly the toilet is so old that they can’t get rid of the smell of urine. 4 stars is ridiculous to be honest.
BUT the location is super convenient, close to the beach and center.
Breakfast is good.
And the staff is super friendly and helpful. They are the true 4 stars of this hotel!

Cons:

The state of the room, especially the bathroom.
