Our first time in Naxos, and Alkyoni completely won us over
Pros:

Five days and we didn't want to leave. The location alone is worth it -- right along the beach, about 15 minutes from the town centre, with beach clubs all the way and a sunset view that genuinely made us stop and stare every single evening. Perfect.
The room was stunning. Really beautiful design, the most comfortable bed, and everything you could need -- we walked in and immediately felt like we'd made the right choice.
Breakfast is included and it's so good -- warm dishes, cheese, fresh fruit, Greek yogurt, and you eat it looking out over the sea or the pool. Honestly a lovely way to wake up every morning.
The pool was an absolute dream. Always a sunbed free, relaxed atmosphere, no one doing the towel-at-7am madness. Just people actually enjoying themselves. We spent hours there.
And then there's Alexandra at reception, who is just wonderful. Warm, genuine, always smiling -- she clearly loves what she does and it shows. She made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived and honestly made the whole stay feel extra special.
We are already talking about coming back. Highly, highly recommend.

Hidden gem, great location, Grounds and breakfast. wonderful staff
Pros:

The gorgeous grounds, it was a really beautiful hotel, and I felt like it was modern and also felt very Greek. We loved our room, it was spacious and the view to the pool and sea was stunning. Loved the breakfast, with many traditional Greek pies and desserts so we could taste a different one each day. The restaurant and bar staff were super helpful and friendly, and the Stefado was delicious. The restaurant and bar were also really pretty. Location was amazing and super close to many restaurants. We rented a car for the whole stay and I don’t think it was necessary. Maybe for one day to get to villages. Alexandra was a wonderful host and was so helpful with so many things . The other reception staff were also very friendly and helpful with questions about things. I cannot recommend it enough.

Lovely family feel hotel, very chill and just what we were looking for!
Pros:

The hotel is at the end of the beach on a quiet location but walking distance to the beach bars and down the boardwalk from the main city center. The room was great for 3 people and loved the pool area and bar.

Our room was excellent with large outside area with excellent view and good spa .I think it was room 33 or31.

Beautifully relaxing
Pros:

We absolutely loved this hotel! Location is perfect. A short stroll along the boardwalk into Naxos town. Plenty of restaurants along the beach.
We ate at the hotel a few times.
Freshly caught Sea bream prepared for us by the kitchen staff was amazing. They asked what we would like with it and prepared it beautifully.
Manos at the bar went above and beyond looking after us. A very kind soul.
And gorgeous Vana was a delight, serving breakfast and always smiling. The reception staff Katerina, Alexandra and Stellos also lovely.
The pool is sparkling clean !
Our room was upstairs and had a beautiful view of the beach. Perfect sunset view.

The property was beautiful. It had character, and was charming and clean. Situated perfectly at the south end of St. George Beach, within walking distance to Naxos town. The staff were friendly and very helpful and accommodating.

There was really nothing we didn’t like about the property. It was beautiful.

We liked our room by the pool.and the beach just a few steps from the hotel.it is the best part of agia georgios beach.sun kyma facility is very nice&polite.we liked to have breakfast by the pool..hotel staff was very nice &polite.

Cons:

We thought we could walk from the port when we arrived.because it said a few steps from chora town.but it was very long.and we got lost.because it is complicated tha first time.we walked around for 1hr with the luggage called the hotel 5times and we had to take a taxi .when we were really as close as next road and paid 15k

I loved being so close to the beach and also having a pool in which to swim. The location is a bit away from town which made it quieter and prompted me to do lots of walking to get that extra exercise - on the days when I didn’t want to walk there was plenty of relaxing by the pool and naps in my room!

Cons:

Being close to the beach meant sand in our room - the room was cleaned everyday but the sand persisted. We could have easily not walked on the beach to not have sand come with us into the room. I would suggest a place where visitors could wash off the sand near the beach access - this world be nice.

It was a fabulous location near the beach.

Cons:

Property was very tired in parts. It looked like it needed a good clean. It wasn’t what we thought at all. We had booked a room with a sea view, but as the glass was so dirty it was impossible to see the sea. Patio chairs were thread bare and sun loungers stained. Overall we were very disappointed.

Fabulous stay on the beach with wonderful staff
Pros:

Fabulous location by the beach. Wonderful room with jacuzzi overlooking the sea. Very welcoming and friendly staff. We will be back!

Cons:

The only thing to note is that the bathroom is designed in a way that when you use the shower the whole bathroom/toilet area floods with water… However, this was only a minor point and everything else about the room and staff were amazing!

Tired properly with possibility’s

Location was great and it has possibilities

Cons:

It is very unkept needs a good scrub and coat of paint. Everything was grubby even the bar where 3 people leaned on the counter all day. The beds were very old and lumpy needs a good refurbishment. The rooms don’t get cleaned daily and we weee asked to use the beach towels numerous times days. I emptied the bins and left them and the laundry outside to get clean ones. We had a garden view room which looked out in old rubbish bins and broken furniture. I walked around the perimeter and there was junk everywhere. Really disappointing as we were there for 6 nights and going to be our highlight.
