Isola fantastica....hotel da dimenticare..
Pros:

Colazione sempre le stesse cose brioshc salame fontina prosciutto cotto di bassissima qualità...non c'era il latte caldo se lo volevi Era extra...la camera era interrata odore di muffa e poco ariata...il bagno e stato pulito in 10 giorni una volta sola....e perché ho fatto scrivere un cartello che pregava gentilmente di pulire il bagno....i letti dovevi farteli da solo in compenso i teli da bagno venivano insieme alla carta igienica cambiati tutti i giorni..... proprietaria maleducata e indisponente...

Cons:

Nn mi e piaciuto niente...sconsiglio hotel propietario esaurito e poco accogliente....forse potrebbe cambiare mestiere se nn riesce a comunicare con clienti che hanno un problema....unica risposta che ci ha dato....il problema e vostro....

Pros:

Die Anlage liegt wunderschön direkt am Meer. Baden im Meer ist problemlos möglich. Der Pool ist extrem sauber. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.
Essen bestens und preiswert.
Also nichts wie hin.

Pros:

We enjoy our stay at Mammis Beach Hotel. We must praise the staff, especially Angelo, who was very friendly and kind-hearted.

Cons:

There was nothing special that we didn't like. Maybe the way they have half board. They could have at least two types of dinner to choose from.
And installing air conditioning in the room might be a bit of a mistake if you have a small child, because it blows directly on the beds.

Not value for the money :: it’s not a 3 stars hotel for sure !
Pros:

I was aspecting a different hotel and room, however after the first night in a basement room ( and the rooms on the ground floor are claustrophobic) , the guy at the reception swapped our room on the first floor.I also appreciated that we were allowed to have a shower after ck out , when we returned to pick up our bags.

Cons:

I been traveling also for work for the past 2 decades, and this this the first time I have to make my own bed every time I l go to sleep . Bedsheet are single for a double bed , poor quality and torn. Bathroom is obsolete with a shower curtain, and water coming out every time ur showering .Furniture are cheep IKEA and it does not match in what they advertised.Bathroom sink / floor most of the time not clean. Side bed with cups stains from other Customers. There is swimming pool with some vintage sun bed ( that we did not used ), and a small beach across the street , poorly maintained. The old man , I guess the owner , insisted for let us use the swimming pool on the last day , charged €10 for keep out bags for few hrs , and when asked , he explained that keeping the bags is free only if we were going to spend the day at the pool, consuming food or drinks . Provably he did not understood that we were not happy and we came for the beach of Kos. At the end , there are better hotel option in Kardamaina or close by to this hotel , value for facilities and money for sure.

Skvělý hotel pro klidnou dovolenou
Pros:

Musím ocenit milý personál a fantastickou kuchyni, večeře byly opravdu vynikající. Hotel byl krásně čistý, pokoje dobře vybavené. Úterní řecký večer s tancem a grilováním byl příjemným zpestřením.

Cons:

Vše bylo v pořádku, akorát přístup do moře není úplně ideální a lokalita je mírně osamocená (což ale může být i výhoda - hotel je opravdu klidný).

Internet very unreliable so property only good for short stay.
Pros:

The cleaning lady and young girl at breakfast were polite and respectful..

Cons:

A long way from good beach and town a vehicle is needed and ten days was about 7 days to long as the food is very bland and not much love put into the prep especially the set menus for dinner I gave up and ate in town even though I had pre paid for dinner.

Ideal quiet and comfortable place
Pros:

Except the cost of the room, everything in the hotel was more than ok. We stayed very well here. They serve very good and economic food at lunch and dinner. Consider it also in comparison with restaurants in Kardamena (which were not particularly good, in my opinion). Personnel is lovely :-)

Cons:

I have seen also in other hotels that it is VERY difficult to find shadowed areas. This can be a problem in this hotel if sun is too strong for you. Of course the pool with umbrellas is a good place.

Pros:

Sicuramente la posizione della struttura, la struttura stessa tenuta molto bene, gli esterni in particolar modo, la spiaggia di fronte alla struttura non è bellissima ma ripaga il mare che è meraviglioso. il personale molto gentile.

Cons:

ogni tanto c'era poca pressione dell'acqua, la colazione soprattutto sul dolce sempre le stesse cose e in bagno la tenda della doccia

Excellent value for money!
Pros:

We were looking for a comfortable accommodation with nice breakfast as a base to visit the island and Mammis beach was the perfect choice for us. Very good quality for money, peaceful and relaxing location just 5 minutes drive from Kardamena city centre. Our room was big and functional and with a really nice sea view which is always a bonus. Breakfast was simple but everything was super fresh and had everything you need. The place is clean and looked after, nice pool area, restaurant and bar open all day. Do not miss the Greek night, lots of fun and great Greek bbq for just 15€ pp! The staff is lovely and always willing to help.

Cons:

I think the daily cleaning of the room could be improved by also cleaning the floors, we had sand in the room for obvious reasons after a beach day and it was a bit annoying. Water pressure in the shower was an issue nearly every night and the water is slightly salty which doesn’t make you feel you have showered at all!
