Das Hermes Hotel bietet insgesamt ein solides Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Besonders schön ist der große Außenpool mit toller Aussicht auf Kefalos – ideal zum Entspannen und Genießen.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und gibt wertvolle Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. Auch das Reinigungspersonal macht einen großartigen Job – die Zimmer sind sauber, ordentlich und werden zuverlässig gereinigt. Für den Preis sind die Zimmer vollkommen in Ordnung – besonders die Klimaanlage und der eigene Balkon sind Pluspunkte.

Direkt am Hotel befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle. Von dort aus kann man sowohl in den Ort als auch nach Kos-Stadt fahren. Allerdings fahren die Busse nur zu bestimmten Uhrzeiten und nicht besonders häufig – eine gute Planung ist daher empfehlenswert.

Es gibt jedoch einige Schwächen:
Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein, die Dusche ist unpraktisch und in die Jahre gekommen – hier wäre eine Renovierung sinnvoll. Wer ein Zimmer in den höheren Bereichen hat, muss viele Treppen steigen. Für ältere Menschen oder Gäste mit Mobilitätseinschränkungen kann das problematisch sein, zumal es keinen Aufzug gibt. Auch der Weg zum Strand oder in die Stadt führt entlang einer Straße ohne Gehweg – das kann je nach Verkehrslage unangenehm oder sogar gefährlich sein.

Negativ fällt auch das Frühstück auf: Es ist – ähnlich wie das Essen am Pool – qualitativ eher schwach. Die Auswahl ist sehr begrenzt, das Angebot wenig abwechslungsreich, und geschmacklich gibt es viel Luft

Bella struttura, personale piacevole gentile e simpatico, sempre tutti cordiali. Per quanto riguarda la pulizia sono rimasta un po' meno soddisfatta

Great location. Great staff. Great pool. Nice breakfast. However we experienced low water pressure several times and a blocked drain. Also the shower wasn’t great. Overall though we had a lovely time at Hermes Hotel and we would stay there again

Io mio soggiorno di 7 giorni presso Hermes Hotel ha un po' deluso le aspettative. In merito alla struttura, in linea generale è bella, camere carine, bella vista ed una bella piscina. I punti negativi riguardano innanzitutto la colazione, sempre la stessa, mai una variazione, e veramente poche scelte, e non di primissima qualità. Per quanto riguarda la camera, bello il balcone, ampio, ma i letti bassi e molto scomodi. Poche prese elettriche, e in bagno non c'era un sistema per deumificare e asciugare, di vitale importanza dato che la zona è molto umida e i panni sul balcone non si sono mai asciugati. Inoltre, la tenda della doccia approssimativa, il bagno si allagava per forza di cose ad ogni doccia. In merito alla zona, l'hotel è abbastanza vicino al mare, sebbene a piedi personalmente il non farei la strada che passa dalla principale strada a scorrimento veloce dell'isola. Inoltre Kefalos una vera delusione, non so so gli altri anni era diversa, ma veramente una località morta. E quindi la sera almeno 25 minuti per Kardamena o 45 per Kos City. Comunque l'hotel con davvero qualche piccolo accorgimento e miglioria in più, può fare un gran salto di qualità.

Very friendly staff, always cheerful! very clean and amazing breakfast (the best special pancakes). Great views of the bay and within walking distance of the beach.
I read a few negative comments before my stay and I was quite surprised when I arrived as I could not find anything negative about the hotel experience.

Hotel has a nice pool, nice view, unfortunately has very dated rooms full of mould that seems to be constantly painted over. Breakfast is only 2 peices of toast.
