Wir hatten das Hotel für wenige Nächte zur Entspannung gesucht. Das Hotel an sich liegt sehr schön, auf dem Weg zum Hotel durch den Wald stellt sich bereits Ruhe ein.

Wir hatten ein renoviertes Zimmer und konnten uns nicht beklagen. Groß, hell, toller Ausblick auf die Berge. Toilette und Bad leider getrennt, finden wir immer unglücklich.

Der Relaxbereich war schön und da das Hotel nicht ausgebucht schien war auch nicht viel los.

Leider gab es wenige Punkte, die unserer Ansicht nach verbesserungswürdig sind: Vieles wirkt so als würde das Hotel nicht mit „Liebe“ geführt, obwohl es alle Voraussetzungen dafür bietet. Für uns schien es, als gäbe es eine latente, aber stets greifbare Disharmonie zwischen dem Management und den Mitarbeitern.

Das viel bemängelte Frühstück war bei uns ok. Es wurde wegen Corona an den Tisch gebracht. Allerdings haben wir lange Wartezeiten in Kauf genommen und dass alles in Etappen kam. Das war aber wieder so ein Beispiel: man versucht es toll und mit Niveau zu machen, das Ergebnis entspricht dem leider nicht. Die Tischdecken mit Flecken, die Brötchen unten weich, oben hart, der Lachs schwimmt in Öl, die Kaffeekanne total versaut. Das Brot war allerdings sehr lecker. Was man auch mögen muss ist der Hund, der die ganze Zeit im Hotel und auch beim Frühstück unterwegs ist. Für uns toll, aber sicher nicht für jeden. Wir haben das Frühstück nur an einem Tag wahrgenommen.

Die Sauberkeit im ganzen Hotel könnte ein klein wenig besser sein.

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön, wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit einem großartigen Blick auf die Berge. Auch der Wellnessbereich und die Terrasse zum Essen sind traumhaft und man kann in der Region sehr viel machen, auch die Qualität des Essens ist sehr gut ABER der Service in dem Hotel ist einfach eine Katastrophe! Eigentlich haben wir so gut wie nie bekommen, was wir bestellt haben oder man wartet einfach mal 40 Minuten auf seinen Kaffee, hier muss dringend nachgebessert werden!

Dejligt højtliggende hotel med smuk udsigt. Super betjening og et hotel med høj standard både hvad mad og rengøring angår. Vandreruter udgår direkte fra hotellet. Masser af wellness faciliteter både ude og inde.

Virkelig lækkert location og hotel

Alles top, nur Kleinigkeiten... Die tollen Balkons sind mit einander verbunden, theoretisch könnte jeder Zimmernachbar zu dir rüber kommen! Vielleicht als Fluchtweg gedacht. Man hatte freie Sicht aus einigen Zimmer auf das offene Schwimmbecken, man könnte sich beobachtet fühlen, wenn man nach oben geschaut hat. Es wurde auch schon mal vergessen Bestelltes zu servieren. Meckern auf höchstem Niveau!

great hotel, great service!

We spend 2 nights at this very remote Hotel resort with great hiking and good food. The Hotel is well equipped with a salt water pool. The gym that needs some attention and miner repairs and updates though.
All in all the family run hotel offer lots of tranquility combined with honest Austrian hospitality. Especially the restaurant service was outstanding. The menu is a little slim but what they offer is fresh and very tasty. Also recommendable for vegetarians.

Great location with very friendly staff. The hotel has all the amenities you'd need to disconnect from a busy lifestyle.

My family and I had the most amazing time here! GYhe Mountain View, Pool and spa were our favorite parts, but there is a lot to like about this place

Picture perfect...views to die for!!! Neat and clean accommodations although a bit out dated. Excellent food and service. Didn’t get to enjoy the spa but looked great. A bit out of the way but the property was worth it.

Very nice bathtub. Excellent fitness facility. The area around the hotel is beautiful and the view is stunning.

Fantastic hotel with large rooms and wonderful views.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast was great. The room was spacious and clean. Loved the welcome fruit platter. Pools were nice. Loved the whole experience there.

Wonderful and welcoming staff, who gave us excellent treatment and service in all areas!

Nice views and location, but a hotel that seems to have lost its way, has the feeling of a hotel from the 80’s (classic idea of a Spa), but with poor service and indifferent staff members. Breakfast was light on choices, and the staff was slow to refill empty dishes, wasn’t even offered coffee or tea our first day at breakfast.

Rooms are large and comfortable with a great view at least.

This hotel was amazing. If I had known the hotel and surrounding area would be so beautiful, I would have planned more time there. The staff was wonderful.

The view was great! Nice, clean, spacious rooms. Very good, friendly staff. Nice spa. Good breakfast and good dinners. Only downside was smoking is allowed on balconies and if you like your window or doors open or are sitting on your balcony you smell smoke.
